Dr. Nair is one of the most compassionate and caring physicians I have trusted with my health needs. She takes time to listen and to put each patient first. No question is too big or too small for her to address. I am so happy that I found Dr. Nair when I moved to Largo.

Dr. Nair is the best! She is super detailed and through. She really takes the time to listen and understand your health concerns and provides the best care! Not to mention when I have I question she gets right back to me and tells me what steps I need to take, whether it's come in and be seen or call in a script. Stop seeing a traditional physician or Googling symptoms and get a dedicated, passionate health care professional who actually cares.

Dr. Nair and her medical practice are great! Dr. Nair is both knowledgeable and personable. She is definitely an internal medicine physician that I strongly recommend.

The Tesla or Apple of Healthcare - done right!I had been looking for a new primary care physician of this type, that would provide a one stop shop for all my needs without insurance. I take excellent care of myself and am very tuned into what my healthcare needs are. The complications of our insurance systems just doesn't work for me. It was expensive, complicated to navigate and require me to see 3 different doctors throughout the year and I am completely turned off by the amount of time doctors spend with me at each visit. Envision Direct Primary Care and Dr. Nair was exactly what I was looking for!! I'm thrilled with her service and access and wish all doctors worked this way. She listens, educates and services her clients in a way that healthcare SHOULD work. She is certainly leading the charge in healthcare moving into the future. Her passion for direct primary care and impact it has on her patients is clear in everything she does. I would highly recommend Envision Direct to anyone that asks me!!

Dr. Nair is wonderful. If I could give her 10 -100 stars I would. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She texts/ calls to follow up to make sure you are getting better. It is so nice to be able to text her and get a response right away! I love the care I receive from Dr. Nair! Her office is beautiful, you never have too wait for anything! I recommend her to everyone. You won't be sorry going to see this Doctor.

Dr. Nair! Less than 5 minutes wait time every time and I cannot tell you how awesome that part is! Dr. Nair has total focus on you. Spends way more than 15 minutes with you. She doesn't just treat symptoms but investigates the cause. She has a membership style practice, so you pay a monthly fee that is determined by your age category and ranges for $75 to $115/month and all your visits for that month with her are included. She even does weight management which I am benefiting from and have lost 20 pounds in less than 30 days so far. She has a small pharmacy in her office and provides mega discounts to her patients! She is accumulating amazing connections with specialists and even some that will offer her patients with low income or no insurance...payment plans. When you walk into her office and meet her, she truly cares, she isn't rushed and you can tell she truly has set this membership style care up because her patients' overall health truly matters to her. She is dedicated, investigative, determined and is really good at narrowing the symptoms to the real problem. She's brilliant, very kind and compassionate. I would drive hours to keep her as my doctor. In all my life I have never experienced this sort of thorough expert care at a primary care level. Dr. Nair is located right off US 19 on the east side between Alderman and Nebraska Rd. You can schedule a meet and greet which I highly recommend. Though she does not accept insurance she will work with any of your other specialists. Dr. Vishnupriya Nair is a dedicated healer interested in her patients' health and well being; she is very knowledgeable and compassionate, going above and beyond to assure the patient/physician experience is everything her patients expect. Recently, without prompting from me, Dr. Nair made an urgent next-day appointment for me with a dermatologist; she was persistent in her efforts, not accepting anything less than what she felt was necessary for my health.Her concierge-style model of care is an amazing throwback to the days of true, personalized care from physicians. Any questions or concerns I may have are answered promptly and easily via text or a phone call. Same or next day appointments are available if necessary... and, no more rushed, 10 or 15 minute appointments! Dr. Nair takes the necessary time to meet with her patients to deliver compassionate care... whether that be a 45 minute or 90 minute appointment. She has also negotiated rates with other care providers, labs, and pharmacies for unbelievably lower rates. One low monthly fee and I've have access to her world-class medical care.Teaming with Dr. Nair at Envision Direct Primary Care for my health management has truly been one of the best medical decisions I have made!...To Dr. Nair, I say "THANK YOU!" Dr. Nair has such a fantastic idea with her primary care practice. Since I don’t have insurance, her monthly patient fees was the perfect answer to my needs. She is so helpful and very easy to get ahold of - I can even text her! If you are looking for your next primary care doctor, definitely set at appointment to meet Dr. Nair!

Dr. Priya Nair is compassionate and caring. She really to listens to her patients, and in this world of the big conglomerate insurance companies that is rare and hard to find. She has come up with a concept that is fair and a forward thinking in the health care field that surpasses all others. She makes her patients feel positive about the health care system again and that not all hope is lost. She is detail oriented and extremely intelligent. I highly recommend Dr. Nair and would encourage everyone to take advantage of this wonderful concept that she has created!
