Amazing!!!! All of the doctors are respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a different practice for our first child and the experience was night and day. We never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and the doctor never left us waiting in the room for more than 5 minutes. In and out in less than 30 minutes each time. They never canceled not even one appointment. Reception is wonderful and professional and the insurance rep Khacy at the was super helpful getting us insurance paperwork that we needed for work. We have been through a miscarriage and a successful pregnancy with them. Dr. McCance delivered the baby and was wonderful, but we mostly saw Dr. Lee, Dr. Rudolph, Dr. Brosch and Dr. Lerner. They always took our questions seriously. Their fees were also cheaper than our first practice. Cannot say enough great things about this practice!! 5 STARS!

Dr. McCance and staff are a wonderful experience for me every time I have any appointment or need assistance of any kind. I would refer anyone who is looking for the best care to Dr McCance and staff. Thank you all for all you do!

Dr B was not interested that this was my very first visit after moving here. Was not familiar with or concerned with my issues as a 60 year old woman.

The place is really run-down, from old carpet , old furniture and old wallpapers to old dusty exam light and equipment in the rooms. You feel you are visiting a doctor in a third world country. The staff are nice and doctor is caring but so sad to see this place hasn’t been renovated for over 20 years . You can see it from the doctors picture frames from many years ago in the lobby.

Great practice. Dr. Saravanos is so sweet I always look forward to seeing her, and Dr. Rudolph made my first ever ultra sound a comfortable and exciting experience. Also, I called a couple weeks ago with a few questions and one of the nurses was so caring she took the time out of her busy morning to sit on the phone with me and answer each and every one of them and sift through her book of pregnancy do’s and dont’s. I appreciate this office and their wonderful staff!

I'm really surprised by the negative reviews. I absolutely love this office and have been going to them for several years. They even delivered my daughter in 2008. They did an amazing job with the delivery. I would definitely recommend to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Saravanos is an angel straight from heaven! The entire staff are very kind and I actually look forward to my appointments just to interact with such kind and caring individuals!

I needed to see a gyn the same day prior to a scheduled surgery that was happening a few days later, unfortunately my Dr Saravanos (who is nothing but a sweet angel) was not available. Dr James Lee was the only doctor who was able to see me at that time. He was a total "God sent" to me. He is friendly, with very good bed side manners and extremely brilliant. Dr Lee took all the time needed to explain health related issues in dept. I will not hesitate to recommend him to close friends and family.

Absolutely horrible staff who are completely unwilling to fix their own mistakes. Doctors who continually make people feel like just another paitent, and do not care about an individuals obvious issues. They prey on people not noticing them double or even possibly triple or quadruple billing them. Theyll not tell you about bills then when they say everything is paid off they send another bill for something you've already paid for(which is illegal). Then they'll tell you they cant fix it even though they've been paid for it and will continue to bill you for it. Make them give you a receipt number on EVERYTHING, even the little things or they'll claim it was never paid. You can even show them the bank statements and they just make up a new bill literally right there to your face. "Oh you payed this? Well then how about we tack on something we didnt even do then." They wont work with you when it is their own system error or fault. You can pay their bills, but theyll still claim you never did. Theyll even tell you its illegal for them to void a bill they've already been paid. Probably a great case waiting here if any lawyers are reading this, seems to be alot of people with the same issue. Would leave zero stars if possible.
