Love this place. Dr. Pillersdorf is great, very happy with outcome. Also, the entire staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Thelma and Yvette. Love my facials with Pawny too! She's the best!

i was sent for an eye exam Dr, Hafts office, said Sabina ( has lied to me many times) called me and said "wow your insurance is great it covered everything. Not so I proceeded to have all the pre opt done, then went the day before surgery then they told me it would be $5500. out of pocket. Well it was only an upper eye lift, II was so upset already to have surgery the next day. I called my insurance co, Atnea They explained to me they did not even submit all the insurance info. They are crooks. I have been a client for many years and it sure has changed, I would not recomend ANYTHING Sabina office lady is such a fast talker and lier. do not be caught up in their web

Kind & sympathetic

I went to Dr. P for a rather large reduction mammoplasty in November of 2020 after spending years trying to have it done. He did an amazing job! My surgery was performed less than a month after my consultation. I've kept track of my recovery process on Reddit and someone from Georgia saw my photos and flew down just to go to him. Very happy with my results.

I'd researched and read everything I could about Dr. Pilersdorf before I decided that he was best for me. Dr. P performed my breast reduction back in 2011 that was medically necessary. My back and shoulder were always in excruciating pain. I wasn't about to sit for more than an hr. without the pain nagging at me. A good friend referred me to him but I still wanted to confirm that she didn't just luck up. Coincidently...everywhere I went...I kept hearing nothing but positive conversations from his patients. I said...wait I know they aren't talking about Dr. P on Congress. YES, sometimes I politely interrupted their convo's because I was in shocked that even in a totally different county, they were talking about the satisfaction of this man. These were the signs for me!!! Dr. P He had to make my areola smaller due to how large my breast were. Anchor shape procedure DDD to full D and yeees I still have sensation. Balanced size breast with minimal and yes I mean minimal scaring but most importantly NO MORE BACK PAIN!!! Thank you again Dr. Piletsdorf!!! I appreciate your craftsman ship. Adrienne

The minute I walked into the office I realized I had made the right choice.I was greeted and asked to fill out the usual info. I then met a staff member to discuss what I was interested in. Dr. Pillersdorf, came in, introduced himself, smiled, and made me feel very comfortable. He asked about my health and actually examined me. We discussed different options, and I never felt pressured. He told me about loving what he does, and that his wife of 42 years had passed from Pancreatic Cancer, and she told him to continue to do what you love, taking care of patients. His experience in the field is incredible. He was elected President of the Florida Medical Association and is the current President of the Palm Beach County Society of Plastic Surgeons. I am truly impressed.

No problem with Dr Pillowsdorf but can not recommend him because of incompetence of office staff. Called 5 times, never received a return call back, until after I cancelled surgery. Finally spoke with office manager who was the one who never returned calls. They said they were waiting for insurance info. I said I would self pay! This was for a precancerous lesion! Would never use this office because if I had this much trouble prior to surgery I could only imagine what would happen if I had a problem post surgery.

I never wrote a review before but felt I had too. While I truly feel Dr Pillowsdorf is an excellent Dr. his office staff is worse than unreliable. I would never use him as I never received return phone calls, always referred to another person person, totally uncaring for the patient. If I had this much trouble trying to get surgery I could only imagine what works happen if I had a problem post surgery. When I cancelled the surgery, the office manager called me as to ask why. When she said her name, I realized she was the one who never returned my calls. The procedure was for a precancerous surgery which I was going to self pay. Stay away from this office!

Horrible doctor. I woke up from surgery all bloody and one breast much larger than the other. Surgery had to be done over a few weeks later. Never turned out the way it was supposed to. He is totally incompetent

This office fully exceeded my expectations. Professionalism from start to finish. State of the art, immaculate surgical center with assistants who went above and beyond in every way. My surgical procedure was minor (cyst removal), but I was made to feel as though I was the most important patient of the day. I actually found myself enjoying the surgery, if that makes any sense. And as an added bonus, the surgery was performed so well that I have no viewable scarring. I highly recommend this office!
