List of Alban Bacchus's Reviews
Was a patient of dr. Bacchus for 10+ years, just recently I got sick with a mold strain of COVID and lost track of my prescriptions . I called to get a refill and was denied by someone in his office, I believe it was his wife. She told me they did not take my Medicare insurance which I know they always had. I have been forced to get a new doctor and hopefully I can get it all done before my lisinopril meds for high blood regulation runs out and I have been forced to rely on over the counter melotonin to replace my ambien which I am out off. Shame on his office to do this to me. I am a 72 year old Pbc retired Schoolteacher.
Best whole office experience on Earth.
Everybody and everything is wonderful about Dr Bacchus' practice, like nowhere else.
Dr. Bacchus is by far the ONLY Primary Doctor I ever want to see. I have seen him for many years and he is very patient, always kind, knows and has solutions to my problems. The office is always clean and the staff courteous, professional and willing to make schedule changes whether virtual or face to face. If he cannot fix the problem he is great at recommending another doctor. I just love him! If you are looking for a PCP he's the one to see! I have brought many patients over to see him and were satisfied.
Awesome experience
My doctor for over 15 years now, I won't accept insurance that won't allow me to see Dr. Bacchus. Three generations of our family are happy patients!
Dr Bacchus is caring, compassionate. He takes time to talk to his patient.
This Dr is in the practice for the right reasons.
He does good work.
I saw Dr. Bacchus as a new patient in September 2021 in the midst of dealing with an especially challenging and debilitating medical condition. As I sought out additional care for my issue, I was told that new referrals to specialists could only be obtained by seeing the doctor again. I found this to be an unreasonable requirement, considering that I had just visited Dr. Bacchus a short time before and that nothing about my condition had changed. When I asked my health insurance to weigh in, they indicated that, yes, a visit to my primary physician was necessary but not multiple times over a short time period. Despite my disagreement with Dr. Bacchus' office policy, I obliged them the first time with a Telehealth visit so that I could see a new specialist, but when they insisted on yet another short session with the doctor to rubber-stamp the next referral, I decided not to do it. Although my poor condition does not allow me to walk much, I stopped by Dr. Bacchus' office to have a conversation with his staff about their referral policy. I told them that scheduling an office visit for each new referral that I needed was an onerous process, especially since I had seen the doctor very recently. I also expressed frustration that my medical care was being held hostage while it was unnecessarily costing me time and money. To that, I received the response below just two days later, asking me to seek out medical care elsewhere. How's that for kind and compassionate? Word to the wise: If you want a doctor devoted to your care, someone who's going to assist you and not stand in your way, someone is understanding about your situation, then my advice to you is to not choose Dr. Bacchus. You certainly can do better.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
