Do not get any facial laser treatment performed by this doctor.

Do not go to Dr Navarro! I was recommended to see him after my original Dr left the practice. My left implant had gotten encapsulated and needed to be replaced. Of it being only 1 1/2 yrs. old it was still under warranty. Great I thought! He made me cover the cost of the entire surgery, even the cost of the implant. Telling that he will have me reimbursed. He never submitted the paperwork until 6Months later ( there a time limit, approx. 3-4 weeks)and he also sent the paperwork incomplete. So my warranty was rejected by the implant company. Within that 6 month period I was calling every 1-2 weeks asking about my warranty and the staff at the Dr office always had excuses and then they just stopped any contact with me via phone it email. After my surgery he informed me that he thought my implants were too far apart, so he went ahead and placed my new left implant closer without consulting me prior to surgery. I would of said no! Now they’re uneven and look like crap in a swimsuit

I was referred to Dr Navarro from my original surgeon who moved away and started his own practice. I needed a surgery to fix capsular contracture. Initially I really liked Dr Navarro but after my surgery I feel like I was an inconvenience to him and most of his staff. I don’t know if it was because I wasn’t his initial patient or maybe they just didn’t care. My paperwork for the warranty replacement of my implant wasn’t submitted until 5-6 months after my procedure and then it wasn’t fully completed by the Dr. making the claim denied by the Allergan Co. I called constantly within that 5-6 month time frame and was always told that it was fine and I needed to be patient. Apparently that wasn’t true. When I called Allergan they told me that Dr only have so many weeks to submit a warranty claim. With Navarro’s 25 years of experience, one would think that he and his staff would know these thing. I couldn’t of been his very first warranty patient. I’m very disappointed with my post surgery outcome. I’m sure someone new having the initial surgery with him will have a much better outcome than I had.

He did an excellent job removing a tattoo that I was embarrassed of. He was fast and precise with the laser! He is a wonderful plastic surgeon!

HE IS VERY THOROUGH

Dr Navarro was extremely patient and kind, as was his nurse. He made us feel very comfortable, and did not perform procedures just for the sake of money. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Navarro is down to earth, no sign he is highly educated Harvard, U Texas, Nasseau Medical Center. A very easy going people approach, has not gone to his head that he is a provider and the rest of us patients.
