I was told she was good. She destroyed me by doing a painful biopsy without an ultrasound machine? She poked me three times.. one of the times I felt the fine needle on the back of my neck! Results came back not enough cells to tell if I have cancer on a nodule I’ve had for over nine years…AND had a biopsy before which was negative by a real doctor. Ever since… I feel like death! I’m so tired and depressed which I was not before the so called procedure which I call it butchering! Don’t go there! I don’t recommend!!!!! Now I’m going else where to go through that painful procedure again! Filthy office and all the equipment is outdated!!!!!!! Karma!!

The doctor failed to follow standard medical practice procedures . She performed a painful and improper fine needle biopsy on a patient inwhich she deliberately refused to use a ultra sound machine to familiarize herself with said patient's enlagened thyroid , resulting in extreme pain , thyroid damage and a failed sample extraction . The extremely painful biopsy was a total failure simply because she refused to follow proper procedure and use the the proper equipment . Final result : the patient must go to jfk to have the procedure repeated

Dr. Annapoorna is a great Dr. Support staff is garbage. Called the office and whoever answers the phone hangs up on you. I wonder if she knows that her employee's are going to put her out of business.

Very unprofessional and incompetent same with staff.

Hands down the best endocrinologist around very thorough and professional and the staff is outstanding. They have helped me out in so many ways, thank you very much

Dr is fantastic! Office support is lacking customer service. The golden rule is non existent. I called the office at 4:15 they said they take calls until 430 on the recording. I left a message nobody called me back. This has happened EVERY time. Once I was told that they called me back because they called to verify an appointment. What nonsense is that?. Also I called at 1:10 and they say they take calls except between 130 and two.I left a message nobody called me back. Call any other time during the day you’re on hold for a very long time…..if they answer the phone. How can a doc keep patient with office staff that doesn’t support patients. It makes it real difficult when my family member has multiple diagnoses, doctors, diagnostic tests, labs and medications to manage.

From the calling system unprofessional to the whole staff with the Doctor unprofessional. The Dr had an emergency an was unable to get to the office.I had taken a biopsy and nobody could give me my results or call me. Tried 2 weeks later still couldn't get my results until she comes back on the 11th of April. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Don't go to this office.

I've been going for a few months I'm very dissatisfied with the way things are just the last 3 days I've tried to contact them because they put in my prescription wrong and now I can't get my novolog insulin No one answers the office phone you have to call the after hours number while the facility is still open she needs to be removed from that practice.

This is the most unprofessional Doctor that I have ever encountered. She has no manners whatsoever, rude and will not let you speak she will talk over you. Has no clue of what she is doing!! Perhaps gained degree from a prize in crackerjack box. Really scary......
