Barry A Frankel's Online Review Report Card

When I came in for my initial yearly exam my eyes were in very dry state. Doc prescribe me some steroids and some drops that I should get over the counter for my eyes (but sent me home with A Trial), I went back several weeks later. Completed my eye exam. Everything went seamless, friendly environment and listened to my needs as well as my Issues, Picking Out my Frames and Getting everything Taken care of within an hour. Staff is Friendly and Professional. Was an awesome experience overall.

Very nice n always taking care of us flopping whatever it takes to make sure we are happy n can see. Been coming to him for over 15yrs now n would recommend him to everyone.hes definitely considered family to mine.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Frankel and was so very pleased with everything! I was only waiting a couple of minutes in the waiting room and was quickly brought back for my eye exam. Dr. Frankel and his staff were very thorough with every aspect of my visit. He was very patient with all my questions and answered them that I understood even the technical points. I felt very comfortable and trusted everyone, even when purchasing my new eyewear. My new lens are perfect! I definitely feel comfortable recommending Dr. Frankel!

Had a great experience at dr. Frankel's office between him and his friendly staff my experience was off the charts I needed contacts he ordered them and I felt after a week that they were not strong enough I returned them and got a stronger set with no hassles he was very kind and very caring and will continue to see him for all my eye care needs overall one of the best optical experiences I've ever had

I have been going to Dr. Frankel for nearly two decades, and he is THE BEST optometrist around. He has taken care of my family and I in the most caring and professional way from the start. Dr. Frankel is always willing to work with his patients, and makes sure they're taken care of. HI would 100% recommend Dr. Frankel and his office!

This doctor has opened additional offices and seems spread thin. The office I visited in Jupiter is very spacious but not busy; I wonder about his need to cover overhead. Dr Frankel is friendly but is in too much of a hurry with testing, and as a result I felt the eyewear prescription was not as good as with my previous eye specialist. A surprise on the cost and a miscommunication from staff about when eyewear would be ready. Eye instruments needed cleaning, not sanitary. I don't recommend him.

I've been seeing Dr Frankel for over 10 years now. He's very friendly and I feel he truly cares about his patients. He makes you feel at home and listens to your concerns and takes the time to answer your questions. I never feel rushed like many other doctors. The staff at the palm springs office are always friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Frankel, as well as the staff have always made my visits very comfortable. Have always been treated kindly by everyone. The doctor and staff are extremely friendly and very polite. I never feel rushed or preassured to make any purchases. It's not often you can say that a visit to a doctor's office leaves me with a smile on my face and a overall good feeling. Great place, I would recommend it highly

I think Dr. Franker is great. He takes the time to get to know his patients and really cares about them. I have gone to him for years and would recommend him to everyone.
