Dr. Torres and Dr. Castillo are amazing. They get to really know you. You go to other offices and the doctors don’t even remember you!! They take the time to listen and understand your concerns. The team is also great with appointments, etc.

Wonderful and warm experience joined to an excellent medical care. The doctor is also very friendly and kind, explains and listens to patients. She really takes seriously the medical care of her patients. She has the ability to connect and understand the patients needs. Highly recommend this practice and this provider.

The people in the office are so rude, they don't realize that they have a job due to having patients. The doctors are really nice..

I was going to try this doctor out but from what I read the office staff leaves me looking for another office. Sad that doctors keep staff on that treat the patients rudely and don't show enough common sense to return calls, if you don't get the patients in what are you there for! My call has not been responded to either. I will keep looking for an office that answers the phone and is respectful to patients. 😏

Excellent experience with Dr. Torres, she listened to me,showed concerns. She was thorough and informative with my first visit with her. Office staff is very good. Lab tech was very good in drawing blood (she didn't have to stick me a couple times). Lab, office and examining room was well organized and clean. Special thanks to Jaylene for all her help.

Office never never answers the phone. Nasty receptionist, nasty staff. They treat you as if they are doing a favor. I would NEVER NEVER go back to that office. I found a better and caring staff and PCP!
