0 stars The doctor and training physician was greatThe front desk employees are very rude I walked up it was my first time nobody welcomed me . During my check in process I was ignored and had to wait because she was training a new employee. After my appointment I waited 30 mns for a history and physical short form I literally had to walk up and pick it up. Not once did she apologize for the wait. Who the hell hired these people. Wow.

Dr. Oneka Marriott is one of the best pediatricians I’ve ever met She is welcoming and friendly when you first meet her. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough with her assessment. I was extremely impressed by her. When I was unsure about a plan for treatment She took her time to explain everything with me she listened to my concerns helped me understand. She wasn’t critical or demeaning when I shared my prospective. She is caring and smart I highly recommend her as a pediatrician.

I schedule an appointment for a day they write it down for me on a piece of paper so i dont forget I show up and its completely wrong missing my appointments Then they say sorry and still make me wait another month or so for the next one and will not take me sooner due to there mistakes Im still waiting on a call for a referall to check if i have cancer that has never reached me im calling non stop for 12hours on each hour with just me being sent to voicemail i call the normal operator line and im in position 1 in que and im still waiting for a literal 2 hours before i give up.

Good services staff is great All the areas are clean and well maintained i love it there

I had a dental appointment this morning. The staff was very nice but my experience with the dentist was not what I expected. I got no help whatsoever even though I have an abcessed tooth. I had to wait four months for my appt. I read online all the services they provide but was told I could not be helped at all. I have stayed away from dental due to covid concerns The dentist had no comfort or compassion. I hope no one else has to go through this experience. The dentist was Dr Rampertaap.

My mother went to a appointment and they treated her so unprofessional. They told my mom they were going to charge for trespassing when she had an appointment. The ladies in the front desk need to know that their attitude when they speak to people will make the patient reciprocate that energy back. it’s not fair. I am very disappointed.

No se que sera lo peor que tienenes que no le atinan a nada hasta por aqui son unos descarados bloqueando los comentarios o mejor dicho las críticas más fuertes para resumir no se asomen a este lugar ni por juego saldrán maltratados descuidados de salud enfermo de los nervios y quizás uno de sus empleados agresivos y pandilleros te saque del establecimiento amenazandote con inventarte algún cargo criminal por su salud mental y física mantengan la distancia de este centro de incompetencia.

This clinic is one of the most overcrowded understaffed unprofessional medical centers Ive ever been a patient with.It isnt the place for people with HIV to receive good solid Healthcare. And for this Im leaving. My Dr has left the 2 nd btw for obvious reasons. I enjoy the Dentist Dr Vic appreciate Kayleigh my case workersBianca Marilyn are wonderful toobut the gynecologist is sub par. This clinic has way too many patients to focus on your individual health and Drs have more patients in their case loads than they can handle.This used to be a nicecleanwell staffed and organized clinic. Complaining doesnt help either as Ive been told repeatedly were working on it.....really? How long does that take because this clinic has been declining for a year and a half....or longer.

Es increíble que en este país funcionen establecimientos como este estos no son clínica son unos ladrones en años de atenderme con ellos mi salud en vez de mejorar me la empeoraron con tanta incapacidad y mala práctica .Una estrella es mucho lo que se merecen es unas esposas y una demanda

El security que estaba en la Entrada el 81221 por eso de las 420 de la tarde me trajo gritandome solo porque no le entendia lo que me decía y hasta las manos me levantava gritandome lo mejor esque me cambio de medico sin un asco de personas se creen q por tener un uniforme de security son policias
