I was at Dental on Thursday afternoon,the receptionist was hostile ! The Doctor was unprofessional and treated our needs like everything was a joke for him ! No respect for people as a human being ! Bad experience !

This is the worst doctors office I’ve ever been too. Gabriella Mekic-Ruiz had no bedside manner, didn’t take my concerns seriously and never wrote me the referrals I needed to see an actual doctor that could help me. You have to wait months to see a gyno and over a month to see your PCP, even if you’re an established patient. If you get assigned this place by your insurance just call them and change it. Not worth the hassle and waste of time.

ive called them 8 times trying to get an appointment with my doctor there over the course of 3 weeks and have had a single call back, and even then they took down my message wrong and couldnt help me. my doctor there is good but trying to get in touch with them is IMPOSSIBLE. this is a recurring issue with them. If they actually listened to a patient saying they were having suicidal thoughts and called them back at any point i would give more than 1 star but as it is i would give less than 1 star if i could.Edit: I definitely appreciate the gesture of providing me a number to call, however that number doesn't accept calls so not helpful. Still stuck here trying to get any form of communication back to make an appointment. Still no calls from them, no replies to my emails, NOTHING.
