Had surgery with her. Awful bedside manner, staff rude , and they ask for money if they think insurance wont pay for a new splint.! i laid out money for it.. went to other orthopedic offices they dont ask for money or mention if insurance will pay for a splint. ---Had cyst removed and I have a permanently deformed finger! I cant use it, I have pain all the time.-- , i have non functioning finger! I would not send my pet (dog) to her. I would not every recommend her . I wish I never went to her for surgery
I went to see Dr Kolshak on Wednesday morning because the pain in my shoulder was becoming a problem with my day to day life. After X-rays, she gave me an injection. I could not believe how much better I felt that evening. I slept a solid 7 hours. I haven’t don’t that in so long. I had not realized how much pain I was in until the pain was gone. So, thank you so much for making my quality of life so much better.
awful office staff, dr has such an awful bedside manner, was rude and spoke in a very unprofessional and nasty way. I had surgery on finger, Did everything was instructed to do ,, had pain that was awful went back many times saying something is not right.. As it turns out. I am permanently unable to use my finger.. I have a deformed finger as result of surgery just to remove a small cyst!!!!!!!!!!! I would never ever recommend her. and staff is rude.. If my pet needed a dr i wouldnt let them go !! thats how awful experience was ! find a good surgeon...
I’ve had both left and right carpal tunnel surgery done by Dr Kolshak. The care before during and after the surgery has been extraordinarily! Everyone in this office is concerned and has the patients best interest at heart. I will always recommend Dr Kolshak and her staff.
Dr Kolshak operated on my severed tendon. She has been overseeing my recovery ever since and has incredible team in her office. So thankful I found her.
Dr.K was great! Friendly and professional. However they have a surgery cancellation policy that states"cancelations less than 2 weeks before surgery will be charged a $250 fee" The Palms West Surgical Center Dr. K uses for outpatient surgery doesn't submit insurance claims prior to 2 weeks before surgery they submit them 2-3 days before so if you have a deductible or co-pay you won't know how much it is til then which is less than 2 weeks prior to surgery and the office staff is fully aware of this illogical process. The office staff needs to let the patients know prior to signing that the surgical center's procedure on billing and their policy are counterintuitive.
I saw Dr Christopher Lehnhoff here. He was great. The office staff is easy to deal with and very professional. I would recommend this practice.
If it’s not “easy” and common problem she has no clue! Gave me 2 steroid injections which made my hands worse. Follow up visit went all the way there and she’s missing in action. Had PA stand in who did nothing. Never alerted she was out of office, no real explanation! Stay away! Staff not reliable either!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
