Marie Tromans's Online Review Report Card

Do not go there! The desk assistants are incompetent, rude, and unprofessional! I doubt they ever received formal training to do medical assisting. I called this office every week for a month to get a review of my lab results, and all I got was: "We do not have them." I called again today to inform them it's their job to look into their faxes for my results because the lab confirmed that they had sent my results to their office. The agent on the phone put me on hold without notifying me, and after 3 minutes, she just hung up the phone. I called back. They never picked up. Please do not go to that office if you care for your health!

Dr Tromans need major help with her staffing you seat for hours without any acknowledgment from them after that they look at you like you bothering them for coming that day.

The Doctor is great, The staff is Incompetent, has no compassion for the patient and they’re rude

if I could give this a 0 star I would. This lady (Marie) is very unprofessional, she’s short tempered, and speaks to people poorly. I’ve witnessed this lady being rude to her staff and patients. The staff (front desk) are very rude. They believe that because their patients are long time patients, they don’t have to respect them. When you first walk in the front desk girl, will NOT acknowledge you. She will look down the whole time and then ask if you have a appointment, once she see you’ve been standing there for long. Marie( the doc) will have you waiting 15+ minutes after your appointment to be seen. Once you’ve gone to Tiffany(best person their), you’ll be waiting an additional 5-10 minutes to be seen by Marie. Marie will walk into the room (vital room) and give out other patients information, around other patients. The online appointments are for people in another country (Haiti), Marie will have her patients waiting 30 minutes to an hour after their original appointment time to be seen online.Sometimes she even forgets she has a online patient. When you call Marie and she’s busy, she’s very short with you; she will even hang up in the middle of you talking. Marie will address her patients asking “ what do you want?!” Not “ what can I do/get for you today?” … There is plenty more I’ve witnessed ( Marie having a student work on a patient alone) but it would be a essay. Please safe yourself and your family time and find someone who care about you and not government money.

The Best Doctor I ever had. Dr. Tromans is a very kind, dedicated and SUPER INTELLIGENT. She is a very humble woman. Very strict when it comes to the well being of all her patients. I can say she goes that 'extra mile' for all her patients. 10 Stars for this doctor. I have been her patient since 2004. I know her very well.

Worst experience ever. She speaks to you rudely and never follows up on prior authorizations with the pharmacy or insurance and they get mad when you call them

Dr . Tromans is very unprofessional and has a Terrible bedside manor. She made my adult daughter, who has been recovering from severe side effects from a spinal tap, cry. I just can't believe a doctor would behave in this manner. She made her sit up in pain when she was told that my daughter was in a lot of pain and couldn't sit up for long periods. My daughter was treated like a drug addict and she never addled for anything but a leaner of absence letter to give her college

People are really care over there, understandable, and reliable. We can definitely count on them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tromans at her Greenacres/Palm Springs office on Congress Avenue for at least 10 years. I switched insurance last year and decided I needed to see a doctor whose office was closer to where I live. After two visits with the new doctor, I went back to seeing Dr. Tromans. It was worth the drive. As another reviewer noted, Dr. Tromans gives you the time you need to discuss your problems. She gives you straightforward answers to your questions. She is not a pill pusher, like some doctors. If she does recommend a medication, she will give you an explanation for why she feels you need to take it. Some of her staff in the Palm Springs office have, at times, been less than five stars worthy. But she also has some excellent staff members.
