Dr Tommy Coffman blinded me in my right eye while removing a cataract. he charged me $2,900 for a multifocal lens. He was wrong as I had previous surgery and according to other ophthalmologists should not have been used. it nearly blinded me and can't be removed. so, I can't use my right eye. my other eye was repaired by a competent Doctor and now I can see only through my right eye. Dr Coffman won't even refund me for the bad lens he used. I don't recommend him. there are much better doctors out there.

Tom Coffman has done a lot of damage to peoples eyes, like baseball player Jim Palmer,he lost a $890k lawsuit to a botched surgery so sue him see the layer who won the suit. G Gary Cohen.

77 years old and still doing surgery, he has damaged or ruined numerous eyes. mine I need a retina Dr to reattach my retina and he just botched the surgery on me, also he lost an 850k lawsuit blinding a baseball player. would you really take a chance with him?

I had cataract surgery and lens replacement with Dr Coffman. My experience was excellent. Every person I saw with the office staff were friendly and very professional. My results are superb and I will recommend Dr Coffman to all my friends. P

I’m blind in one eye following simple cataract surgery by Dr Coffman. It’s been over 2 years & I’m still receiving treatment, at a different facility. I’m told that the damage to my eye is permanent. When Dr Coffman realized that there was a problem, he refused to accept appointments from me & would never explain what went wrong. He cares nothing about his patients. We are just a dollar sign to him.

After simple cataract surgery by Dr Coffman, I am legally blind in one eye. He refuses to see me or explain what went wrong with my surgery. I would NOT recommend this doctor. Check online Palmer vs Coffman.

Dr. Coffman was very compassionate & experienced. I had no real medical reason for Lens replacement surgery, but I could never get used to progressives and I didn't want to keep changing between different pairs of glasses. I was nervous but he made me feel comfortable in my decision to have the lens replacement surgery. I had no pain or discomfort, before, during or after surgery. I chose the upgraded multi-focal lenses and now I do not need glasses at all. And I will never develop cataracts.
