Very knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest FDA-approved therapies available. Very thorough in interpreting test results, and willing to spend time to discuss all dimensions of the disease with the patient. Shows concern for the whole patient experience of dealing with the daunting disease, with an engaging and calming personality. The best oncologist I have had in over 20 years.

My husband was 26 and diagnosed with Stage 4 Nasopharyngeal carcinoma, Dr. Vijay Narendran was without a doubt the best Doctor at Cancer care Northwest in Spokane. He was always dedicated to my husband night or day, genuinely cared about his wellbeing! Since Dr. Narendran moved and left CCNW my husband has been tossed around doctor to doctor. NONE of them even remotely comparable to Vijay!! He truly saved my husband's life with his experience in NPC cancer and his dedication too saving/curing his patients! We wish we could fly to see him instead of the circus that is CCNW today!
