Dr Slomka has assisted me for almost 10 years for different issues with my ears and nose, always been pollite and very skilled. Always was pleased with his care but today I had an unpleasent visit. Lets start telling that I live 50 miles away from his office and I have to travel one hour on heavy traffic on highway I95 to be there on time. My today appointment was scheduled for 4PM, I arrived 25 minutes earlier at 3:35PM, signed the patients book and had a sit. BY 4:20PM his assistance came out to call another patient and I asked her when I was going in that I have been waiting, I had no answer from her, just a "Hi". Kept waiting in that very cold room and by 4:40 I said no more wait and walked away. I decided to run because i don't like to wait that long when my appointment was delayed by 40 minutes, Probably he was not awared that I was waiting that long but no more long trips to be frustated again. I think he should address this issue with his staff.

Dr. William Slomka is an EXCEPTIONAL ENT doctor. He truly cares about his patients, takes his time with each one and explains things carefully so patients can understand. Dr. Slomka shows up at hospital @ 11 p.m. for patient in ER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Slomka.

Sharp, caring, well educated ENT. Found a very subtle case of Shingles and put a stop to probably the most excruciating pain I have ever endured. He is a doctors doctor.

Staff is in a trance. Sitting here an hour and nobody updating. Already decided this would be my last appt with this Slomka clown after my initial. Just need follow up done. He is an idiot medical technician with old school ( outdated) methods and less than zero personality.

I WHEN THERE FOR PAIN IN FACE I WAS PUT IN A ROOM HE CAME IN FOR ONE SECOND THEN THE GIRL CAME IN TOLD HIM SOMETHING HE LEFT ROOM HE NEVER CAME BACK AFTER WAITING 45 MINTUE I WALKED OUT .THE GIRL TOLD ME HE WILL BE WITH YOU SOON I SAID FORGET IT AND LEFT I WAS NEVER TREATED BUT THEY BILLED MY INSURANCE CO ANYWAY . WHAT NERVE HE CALLED ME TOLD ME HOW SORRY HE WAS BUT I SAID FOR GET IT. THEY BILLED ME AND INSURANCE FOR IT FOR WHAT HE NEVER TREATED ME

Very unhappy with the office. Returned the hearing aids and never received a credit on my charge card. Its over 6 months and have continuously called the office with no return calls from the doctor, audiologist or office, or credit to my card
