Staff is very poor communicators. They made an appointment and at my appt time doctor never called me. I finally called the office and was told dr was out of town. After insincere apologies they rescheduled me with another dr in practice I have never seen. Everything handled unprofessionally. Would not recommend.

I do not even understand how this lady can be a Doctor she is the most uncompassionate person i have ever met she can care less how she treats patients she has not a care in the world how long she makes her patients wait while she sits in her office eating all patients are to her is a dollar sign SHE SHOULD NOT BE A DOCTOR POINT BLANK

I have been a patient for 11 years and I'm sorry I never thought to leave a review sooner. I highly recommend her and believe she is an excellent and caring doctor; she will send you for whatever tests you may need. Her office does its own blood draws, ekgs, echos, carotid ultra sound. Her practice is busy, however, if you have an issue and no appointment she will make sure you are seen even if you have to wait.

I saw her in her newest office. Wow...the office was so disorganized. Didn’t have me in the computer system and I have been a patient there for 8 years. The doctor was scattered and was not focusing on me. Not sure but she has really changed her bedside manner for the worse. I am going to find another internist. This was an awful experience.

Dr Prostko has provided excellent medical care for myself and several members of my family. She provides highly skilled, best practice to medical issues... What else could you ask for?

Absolutely horrible bed side manner. Entered the room and never looked at me once. Consistently interrupted me and displayed awful listening skills. Waited an 1 hour and 45 mins for 15 minute exam and reared with complete disrespect. To top it off, the office is behind filthy and no where near a sterile environment. I hope this helps. I will be removing my mother and placing her under different care as of today.

Dr Prostko is brilliant and has kept my husband and I healthy and well for over 20 years. The office staff are also brilliant, caring and knowledgeable. Sometimes there is a wait but it is well worth it!
