The reason why I rate this one star is because of how the office is administered. It’s ridiculous! I had an appointment scheduled for over 2 weeks. Once I arrived “on time “ to my appointment the front desk lady loudly and abruptly told me that the Doctor does not accept my insurance. I was in total shock because when I scheduled the appointment they verify my insurance while on the phone. She was rumbling about the different plans my insurance has, and she was certain that the doctor does not except my plan. She told me to take a seat that she will call the insurance and verify my plan once she finishes with the patients in front of me. Thank goodness I work 10mins away (can you imagine if I would have traveled from far) I told her it should’ve been taken care of at least a week ago not now! If there was any issues I should’ve been notified a week ago not the moment I was there. After she brought my blood pressure up and instantly having a headache, they did accept my insurance. Such an inconvenience. On another note, I rate Dr. Nassau and her two nurses 5 stars. Dr. Nassau has great bed side manner, compassionate and sweet. Overall, I do recommend but make sure they accept and verify your insurance ahead of time.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nassau and her office. It was very easy to get an appointment with her and the office staff was very helpful and professional. Dr. Nassau was very sweet and caring with my daughter. She took her time with us and was very thorough with her work-up. She communicated the treatment plan with us well and detailed the reasoning behind her approach, which I greatly appreciated. I look forward to seeing her again in the future.

Dr. Nassau is an amazing doctor. She is very caring, compassionate. She has helped me with my allergies, its been a been the difference between night and day. My allergies are getting improving, not to mention the staff is great. I highly recommend her.

She explains everything well. She asked many questions on how you are feeling, anything new. I would definitely recommend her if she is under your insurance.
