Dr. llanio is a very good doctor. he takes the time to listen to you and explain things to you😀he runs the test to see what's going on with you. i highly recommend him. staff is helpful and friendly 😄. Brenda

Since the change at this office, I find that going there is now a very pleasant experience. The ladies at the front desk are polite and helpful. I've not experienced any negative interactions. Dr.Llanio is professional, kind, and he listens to your concerns. I don't feel rushed at all. I like that he is not quick to put you on medication that may not be needed. I would recommend him to my friends and family, and have done so. I also like his Intern a lot.

Dr. Llanio is a very knowledgeable doctor. He always takes time to listen to me to give me the best care possible. I have been Dr. Llanio's patient for over five years. I like that he is a DO rather than an MD. I recommend him to everyone who needs a family doctor. Staff is always helpful and professional. The waiting rooms, exam rooms and restrooms are always clean.

The problem with this office starts with the staff in check in desk, they don’t want to listen to you they just want to run the office accordingly to the mood they start the day with ! Liz is a very incompetent young girl, she runs her little corner like it’s her business clearly not at all to protect the doctors practice. She rather argue with patients and demonstrates no common sense at all when it comes to patients needs. And there is we’re the problem starts, clearly she is there for a paycheck!! What kind of training they give these people!! My father always said when you talk to someone look at them in the eyes and don’t interrupt, it shows respect and concern of what they are saying! Obviously this practice of being respectful and having common sense it’s non existence in this office, specially when you are talking to an older person so be prepared to have a little window closed in your face when you try to state your issues.Obviously Liz education came from an another place than a classroom! Anyways I never got to see doctor llanio which came highly recommended by another physician, I am looking for another physician because even before seeing him I already dealing with appointments issues and very poor communication with the staff I talked to 3 different persons and all 3 told me something different to what it was concerning my appointment, we will call you back they say but I’m still waiting! When you go to a doctors office it’s a place we’re no one wants to be, but for the sake of your health you want to see a doctor that comes highly recommended because you feel more comfortable on receiving care for better health and better living, one should not have to deal with the incompetent attitude of the person’s that are there supposedly trying to help you. It’s a shame that costumer service and patient compassion it’s non existence these days! And it shows clearly from the staff of this office! Sorry Dr but you never see or hear the issues that come from your staff instead you learn about it in a review . Below I show a pic that the lady next to me took while I was talking to the staff she said I can see your chart! Maybe this will make you think twice which you should not have to.

I had to switch primary and was scheduled with him. After waiting over an hour and a half past my appt I finally get taken back, the nurse was nice. But he was rushing, very unconcerned. I mentioned medications that was stopped due to side effects and he retorted that it was rare (while I was having the side effects) and shook his head, made me feel bad about choices I've personally made and just didn't care or listen. I can't whole heartedly say I would return to him without first looking for someone else.

Unless you are the first patient of the day or after lunch you will wait, sometimes hours. But he's worth the wait. You are waiting because he takes the necessary time and doesn't rush his patients. I wouldn't wait for many doctors but he is definitely worth the wait.
