Rebeca Fajardo's Online Review Report Card

I just saw Jennifer Hessel NP at Dr. Fajardo's office about 90 mins after my scheduled time, to not get what I urgently need. She seemed overwhelmed. I have a large goiter with suspicious nodules that was supposed to be surgically removed, but was cancelled during COVID. My health plan was also terminated so I had to enroll in another, and I moved. So I am 2+ years behind in fairly urgent endocrinology needs, and Ms. Hessel refused my request for an endocrinology referral despite my growing 4+ centimeter neck tumor that is physically visibly/palpable (she didn't even touch it or examine it). Instead she ordered blood tests and told me to wait. No amount of testing will make this precancerous condition disappear. Hopefully my medical needs will not be delayed further in another appt. I'm giving 2 stars because they have been good at scheduling appts with fairly short notice but I'm wondering if that's because other patients have left? Will update here! Hoping for improvement!

From the get-go Andrea, was unprofessional. My grandmother has been a patient of hers for about three LONG years! We are in the process of switching her insurance, so she is no longer a patient of “Dr.” Fajardo. In all of these years, she has physically seen my grandmother about three times total. One of her two Physician Assistants, is just as UNPROFESSIONAL as her, along with her office staff. The other P.A. that works there, was the only caring person that had seen my grandmother. Read the reviews! Clearly not every single stranger posting, is being dishonest. Keep your loved ones away from this office.

For me her rate is a '0" to "-5" !! I never received a service and attitude from a professional (and her office staff) so grovel. I felt I was "begging" for needs & rights that I had as a patient. Problems with referrals, communication, facilities but the worst part was the lack of professionalism from the staff, and from the "doctor"! In numerous occasion I was informed that my "insurance didn't cover the referrals I asked..." This was not true!! I had to called my insurance to deal with this abasement. This Dr didn't show up for my scheduled appointment to discuss the labs results. When I asked for her, they told me she was in another office, that there was no need for her to be with me. I received an "oral" reading results from a staff assistant that couldn't answered my inquiries. As a matter of facts, this lady gave me misleading information about my conditions. This is a serious professional ethical issue. OMG!

There no option for zero stars.. This is the worst experience I've had with doctors. If you have a chronic problem you will not get a referral for a specialist. They want to do it themselves.

Awful experiences here. She seems to know her stuff, but she and her office are inefficient and flippant. The first time I saw her I told her about a condition I had -- one that I had lots of care for attempting to solve the problem before I moved to Florida -- she waved her hands and said, "Oh, you will always have that." I kept her, but she lost me right there. I went only for labs. I gave up trying to talk to her about anything. I had trouble getting referrals and medications. Her office staff is inefficient. The place looked dirty. Awful all around. I think part of it was the medical insurance I have had. I had switched insurance and switched doctors.

Also works out of an office in Bradenton and uses a PA so I haven't seen her in months. She seemed capable at first but doesn't pay attention to details

I am very unhappy. Her office is inefficient, and they don't know what they are doing. She is not friendly. I told her about a condition I had that is very important to me, and she waved her hands in the air and said," You'll always have that." She has no clue how other people have tried to help me. It is difficult to get a referral, and impossible for some specialists. I never go see her because ...

At the time that she saw me for the first time she knew about my problem doesn't need to send me to see another doctor .....she started make the test that was necessary in order to hurry up to have an operation I was very ill and she found every think that she needs to send me a surgeon.... All my pain goes away after operation....she is great ....she save my life.....I owe her my life....If was not for her I don't know where I should be now .....She is an excellent Doctor an excellent person and she handle every patient in the way that should be.....Thank you Dr. Fajardo.....I wish you many years of a good health and "Que Dios Te Bendiga"

Would like to leave zero stars. Dr Fahardo is the worst doctor. First of all she is only in the office one day a month. Second her ego is so big she refuses to give referrals to her patients who really need to see a specialist. She has been treating my mom for one year and she has not gotten any better but still wants to just give her meds that don’t work. She thinks a lot of herself, not her patients. Why should another doctor be able to bill insurance instead of her? She thinks she is the healer of every ailment. She thinks she is a specialist in every medical specialty. BTW the office manager is extremely nasty. She should not be near patients. Do Not Go There! ??????
