The above review where the this psychotic hack is made to sound like some kind of hero must have been left by one of this monster's relatives. Especially with the comment about anyone having a problem with this hack must have other problems. Yeah, right lady, good job with your feeble attempts to marginalize the others who have been traumatized by this creature.

Dr. Nasca has literally saved my life twice - both times from pneumonia and afib. He has also stitched me up on one occasion from a fall I took on the asphalt in a parking lot! He is a gentle kind soul! I hope he will always be there should I ever need ER services again! Anyone having a problem with Dr. Nasca must have other problems!

Only gave one star because you cannot give zero. Absolutely, positively, hands-down the lousiest excuse for a doctor there has ever been, and I include Josef Mengele in the list of candidates for this title. How this little sawed-off, angry hack ever got a medical license is as disturbing as it is outrageous. Only someone who got beat up at recess everyday and then again by his mother when he got home could be OK with standing over a suffering, frightened ER patient with chest pains and screaming (that's right, screaming!) at them that they DID NOT HAVE CHEST PAINS! Then diagnosing them as being in withdrawal from a drug they HAVE NEVER TAKEN AND WHICH THE LABS PROVE ARE NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM. How, oh HOW, do fools like this ever get anywhere near the position of holding other human lives in their hands? Why are there so many like this clown out there to whom we give this power? Would it not make more sense to turn control of our nuclear arsenal over to the primate exhibit at the zoo?

Worst. Doctor. Ever. Do NOT let this hack anywhere near you or any of your family. He has as much business practicing medicine as I have being the Chief Justice of the United States, although I am eminently more qualified for that position than this guy is to be practicing medicine. I have to wonder how many patients this guy has harmed, or worse, with his inability to make a diagnosis which even approaches reality. I went in with acute abdominal cramps, severe nausea, vomiting and chest pains- he comes in yelling that I "did not have chest pains"- well sure, of course I just faked it, made it up just because I was in the mood to drop my very busy schedule that day due to a sudden urge to go to the ER- just a hobby of mine, you see. But as if that wasn't outrageous enough, I see the diagnosis written by this amateur hack a couple of days later to find out I had withdrawal symptoms from a wide variety of substances including amphetamines- which I don't take, ever. Point made.

Avoid this person if possible. He is rude, incompetent & hates pain patients. If you are a pain patient, he often punishes you by making you wait for hours before completing the exam. If you take certain types of pain medication he will also punish you. He does not belong in a 2017 hospital with his lack of understanding of pain management.

This is the worse Dr. that I have ever seen in my life. He made me wait 2 hours in the ER when there were no other patients. He yelled at me when I approached him about the waiting time. He spent minimum time with me & did not see me out. I had to suggest a steroid shot as treatment that I should receive. He appears to be undereducated & ineffective in the area of pain. He stated that I probably would not be able to receive any more treatment there because I have chronic pain. He had access to sufficient records of my back to substantiate a long history of severe back trauma. He had the nurse to give me the shots & to tell me to put my clothes on & leave immediately. I have never been treated so badly by any DR, in my life. This was on a second visit months apart with NO RECORD of chronic visits to the ER of any hospital for anything. I left the hospital that night in much worse pain because of the sub-par & inferior care that I was subjected to. This Dr. is not appropriate to the gracious people of this area & should return to Jacksonville Fla.
