Canceled appointment without calling. Unprofessional and not very competent.
NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Call several times in a day and no one answers. This is kind of important for someone that has a vasectomy and needs to follow up with a doctor and can’t even get in touch with someone. Is this how you handle all of your patients?
Awesome Doc (Jenkins specifically). Pragmatic w/ great bedside manner. Recently moved to new office so don’t be surprised if you need be on hold for a minute or make a 2nd call, but I’ve kept him for well over 10yrs & is worth it… he & staff are legit good ppl! (Very human rather than robotic).
Would like to cancel an appointment can't get a person on the phone but I will not be there on December
Hardest and most frustrating experience trying to book an appointment!!!
I received excellent care by Dr. Healy while in the hospital and again during my office visit. A special shout out to Jill for having compassion and helping me while waiting to see the Dr. for my follow up visit. I would also like to acknowledge the Xray tech, sorry, didn’t get her name but she was amazing (short dark hair and a beautiful smile ) who handled my embarrassing situation with such kindness. Hat’s off to the whole staff!
my X-ray tech Jeanette is everything she removed my catheter today and i didn’t even know she had taken it out thank you thank you thank you you’re the BEST 💙🙏🏾🤟🏾🫶🏾
Poor Non Existent Communication. Our 92 y.o. father had a suprapubic surgery done by Dr. Hitt five weeks ago. Post op, Dr Hitt said our father should have had a larger foley tube and blamed the hospital for not having the right supplies during the surgery. Right after the surgery, we repeatedly called to get help with concerns we had. NO ONE called back, not once. When we went two weeks ago to have the larger tube installed per Dr. Hitt' orders to return after the surgery, Dr. Hitt told us that WE needed to provide the foley tube. What doctors' office tells you to return with supplies they should have on hand to do what they told you to come in for? The incision area around the tube is now red. One nice thing to say, the person that answers the phone is so nice and tries to be helpful.
Dr. Karaman has treated me (M, late sixties) for kidney stones and bladder problems. His advice and insights have been invaluable. Especially, his suggestion I consider Axonics Therapy for my bladder problems has been life changing- being able to sit through a movie, drive longer distances, and get more sleep at night have improved my quality of life tremendously. I recommend Dr. Karaman without reservation.
