My child is a special need child. We love seeing Dr Rezk. he is always ready to answer questions and very easy to talk too. He took care himself of all our referrals and he got all the care he needs. My other kids revery comfortable around him. thanks for all what you do

I have decades of experience both as a health care professional and a special needs parent, I've never seen a worse display of unprofessionalism as this doctor. After his introduction, his first ?? was "why are you here". He told us that there were "no specialists in this area that would see our daughter and take her ins". I found both right in town. It took the office 4-6 weeks to get our daughters medical supplies ordered ( I was told on 2 occasions that the "order was on his desk, he hasn't signed it". It took 6 weeks for their "referral specialist" to finally get a GI appointment for our daughter who has a G-Tube, including at least 5 trips to their office to find out why the appt hadn't been made. Then I found out that his "policy" is for pts to be seen every 90 days to refill Rx's. So we're expected to bring in our medically fragile child into an office full of sick kids every 90 days so he can write an Rx and charge ins for an office visit. Special needs moms- NOT this Dr.

Extremely disappointed with this doctor, considering all of the positive reviews. We went for a well baby visit, arrived early and had to wait more than an hour to be checked into a room. The office was dirty, and so was the room we were in. The gals that checked us in, while pleasant, were not efficient and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The waiting rooms were packed with others. Dr. Rezk was very brief, didn’t listen to our questions, and seemed to be in a rush to get through our appointment. We were looking for a long-term doctor that would take the time to actually talk with us about our child, not just check some boxes. Unprofessional office that we will not be visiting again.

Dr. Rezk has always been one of the best doctors I have known! He has cared for our children with a kind heart and a desire for them to always be well. I appreciate him in their lives and wouldn’t take them anywhere else!!

Both he and the staff are always so kind and patient! Definitely recommend!
