Great Doctor and good staff!! Safe and clean office.

Dr. Mapp was very insensitive to my needs. He was very rough during my exam and when I expressed to him, he's hurting me his response was "I'm not hurting you, why are saying ouch". He pinched me and expressed the pinch should not have hurt because I tattoos and pricings. He was very dismissive and condescending as he told me the items he was using was plastic and isn't hurting me. I will NEVER go back and DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone else. I will be reporting him to the Medical Board!

There for my medical not HIS .Most trusted office manager call a elderly pt threatened her and daughter over false information from visiting nurse instead of verifying.Wait time 45 min after appt.time.

I have than 40 years of experience in the healthcare field and seen many doctors in practice. I consider Dr Mapp and excellent physician. He is patient oriented, easy to communicate with, listens well, and hears his patients. He is caring and provides first class medical care for his patients. Dr Mapp is an excellent physician who is highly recommended and respected by many in the healthcare community.

I’ve never been to a physician that took offense to health questions, I asked a question re my A-1C and the good doc launched into a diatribe about how long he had been in practice (30 y) and I could be sure he had already discussed my A-1C during my annual exam IF there had there been need to. I was there because of seizures related /memory problems and had completed the visit before he asked me when the seizures had occurred; before that every symptom I had mentioned he associated with OUR age! He suggested puzzles and other activities for my memory? Post iptic memory loss was my concern not age related memory loss. I had to ask the type seizures I was having and his response was “probably tonic clonic “ as he hurriedly finished up the visit- “anything else?” he robotically said. No referral to a Neurologist, I was to go on my merry way probably with tonic clonic seizures, no further info given. I had already decided to voice my complaints with my feet and transfer my care to a more caring physician as the previous visits were not much better.

Poor communication skills from the good doctor, little to no eye contact and an apparent aversion to details when answering questions about patient’s health.

The doctor was completely insensitive to my needs. Horrible experience. I would never go back and wouldn't recommend him to anyone. He is evidently in it for HIS money.
