Amir B Agha's Online Review Report Card

I have only been to his office 3 times and 2 of the times they cancelled my appointment without me being notified. How bad is this? I had an appointment today and they didn't even call me. I was told (well your appointment has been cancelled for a week or so) What kind of bull is this. Yes I am a little upset. I at least know how this office is now. Dr. Agha is great it is his front dest and workers that need lots more compassion. I will 🙏 for this office. Thank you Update I called office manager. She never responded to my call.

This was my 1st visit when I came in. I have? An unusual. Situation about my? Blood and my? Tissues. And my organs and what kind of arthritis it is. If it is even an authoritis. However after he listened to everything I had to ran a great analogy and thought it might be a certain things and I'm going to go get X. Rays in ultrasound soon. Just the point that he listen and provided answers and causes

Be nice if just one time things were processed in a timely manner if someone could return your call … the office staff is just so nonchalant and carefree … it’s apparent they are totally not concerned with my health

employees answering the phone are rude, putting me on hold for 30 minutes and not making the appointment I asked. I have the same insurance and active just different plan and I’m a patient for years, shouldn’t be treated like that. The lady transferred me to a different department to check insurance, they never answered the phone, I left a voicemail with my updated insurance information and they never called me back. I want owners, managers to be aware of that.

this rating relates to the Bay Arthritis office and I would put "0" stars if possible; Dr. Agha was great however, contacting the office is a nightmare! After seeing Dr. Agha on 1/30/23, he put in an insurance pre-authorization for a procedure noting I was to be contacted by the office within a week on the outcome. I waited until 2/10/23 and after not hearing anything I tried to call the office; the first option to talk to billing and pre-authorization did not answer (on the phone) and the mailbox was full; then tried option 2 for medication and preauthorization, also on the phone but able to leave a message to return call; I called again on 2/13/23 with the same outcome using options noted above; on 2/14/23 I again called at 1pm and received message to call back "during office hours" and unable to leave a message despite calling during noted office hours; on 2/15/23 called and able to speak to a person in scheduling; I specifically noted I knew this wasn't their area, but hoped they could help me with the situation/direct me call---They hung up without responding!!!!!!! Despite liking Dr. Agha, I will NEVER recommend Bay Arthritis in Panama City, FL!

Really have been going to doctor for 2 or 3 years trust his opinion and he spends time with you talking with you listen to you tries to help as good as he could he had me do infusions for quite a while but then I ended up getting shingles which I didn't know about but you don't sit in the waiting room for very much time at all... Overall very good experience and he really helps you with whatever is going on with you

I was referred to this institute for my arthrithis which it now turns out is a neurological problem. Be that as it may DR. AMIR AGHA prescribed a medication that was in known conflict with what I was taking - severally so. Luckily the pharmisct caught it and saved me from severe complications. Be warned and carefully trusting this doc!

Horrible front desk staff. Called at 9:45, said I might be a minute or two jate for my 10 o'clock as traffic was BAD. Checked in at 10 for a 10 o'clock appointment. Was told to go wait in the lobby they would call me. At 1020 I was called up and told I missed my appointment because I was "late". Zero apologies, because it was my fault apparently. If i wasnt going to be seen why was i sent to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes? Punishment? Coincidentally at the same time there was another patient there whose appointment had mysteriously vanished off the books. If Dr Agha wasn't such a great doc I would never give this place another penny. I endure their attitudes to get to him.

Doctors are nice and knowledgeable, staff is friendly too.
