Excellent staff!!! Not only was the staff upbeat and friendly, they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our patient got the care they needed.

Directed by friends that Dr Hasty was the only one truly qualified to take care of my cataracts in both eyes. He performed the surgery on both eyes ...not at the same time...about a month apart. He performed it effortlessly and flawlessly. No pain and able to have full vision restored in both eyes within 48 hours after procedures. A special shout out to his office staff, technicians, nurses, Dr. BEYER. They were all so nice and so accommodating. His surgery staff, all worked in sync with each other...very alert to all your needs..all so sweet and nice and caring. Dr Hasty is one of the nicest and best qualified to handle all your questions, discusses best options. So happy that Dr. Hasty performed my eye surgery...he was there all through the 7 minute surgery reassuring me exactly what he was doing during surgery..no pain no problems....fast and efficient. I recently had cataracts removed from both eyes and used Dr Hasty. The office staff are super nice and so helpful. The nurses and eye technicians are the sweetest and friendly staff ever. Also love Dr. BEYER. I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed. All questions answered. Dr. Hasty is so friendly and takes the time to explain exactly what will take place during the procedure. I took advice from several friends who recommended Dr.Hasty , as they too had the same procedure having cataracts removed performed by Dr.Hasty. I received the deluxe lens implants and am so happy. Excellent Eye Doctor and staff. I had cataracts in both eyes. Was led to Dr Hasty from several friends who were well satisfied with the procedure performed by Dr. Hasty. Dr. Hasty answered all my questions....gave me my best options.....so friendly and easy to communicate what I wanted. His staff from friendly receptionists all the way to nurses, technicians and Dr. Beyer were all so professional and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. After having both eyes cleared of the cataracts, and getting the specialty deluxe lens was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Dr Hasty performed a flawless pain free procedure that had me seeing perfectly within 48 hours after procedures. I am so happy that I put my eyes in the capable hands of Dr. HASTY. I had severe cataracts in both eyes. Dr Hasty was professional in his diagnosis and in his recommendations. He scheduled two surgeries at the optimal interval. The surgery itself was only 10 minutes long and was painless. I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes, and I was able to have the requirement for eyeglasses removed from my driver's license. If you have any eyesight issues, see Dr Hasty. You'll be glad you did.

Ben Hastings fails to listen or advice patients. In my treatment, his decision was to insert medication via a needle into my eye. He failed to tell me of the possible side effects. I developed Ptosis as a side effect. I had to have corrective surgery. I did not choose him for anymore medical attention.

Dr Hasty is extremely knowledgeable, technically skilled, soft-spoken and answers all questions or concerns. He performed my lens implants. His staff is excellent and they leave no issues unanswered.

So this was first and certainly my last visit with Hasty. He was imperious, and arrogant and talked down to me as I were a child. He also scolded me for momentarily looking away from his cataract video, and snapped at me several times when I accidentally looked the wrong way through an instrument during his exam. Overall, he behaved like he I was an intrusion rather than a patient. A smile never crossed hi unhappy face. Oh, and I was also a bit uneasy about having a senior (who Hasty is) work on my eyes. I prefer doctors under 65. Eye surgery is not to be taken lightly! Also-I noted that another patient had the same experience with Hasty in this site, so beware.
