Refuses to listen to patient concerns. Short tempered. Refuses to accept possibility he may be wrong in his diagnosis. Arrogant and only tries to push for cataract surgery. He wanted to perform surgery on my cataracts however I had questions and he avoided answers. I validated with 3 different doctors that cataract surgery was not needed. According to the three other doctors I didn’t meet minimum requirements established by Medicare to justify surgery. Who checks these people out to prevent unnecessary surgery to pad their pockets? Someone should look at Fishers work to ensure no manipulation of exam results to justify unneeded surgery

I had cataract surgery. I had one lens for distance and one for near vision. Dr. Fisher said I did not need glasses. The DMV said I do need glasses but the doctors will not prescribe them for me. Now my chance to get glasses paid by Medicare has run out and I have to pay for my glasses myself. Beware!
