Save your money and your time. Got to drive thru at 9:15. Unfortunately we paid. Got sent to the parking lot to wait. 20 minutes later guy brings out an order. Not our 2 quarter pounders, argued with us about what we ordered. Showed him the receipt and set here till 9:45 before we got our food. The order is still wrong but not worth fighting with him about. Won't be back.

It's hard to find quality staff, especially with as difficult as customers are these days. The ones they have don't try. I'm not sure how we fix America. This place is a symptom of that. Though I believe if more effort was put in by managers, it could do better. But I suppose. As long as you turn a profit, why sweat it....

Wish I could give it zero stars../ asked them to do light ice in my drink:..they filled it full with ice. Fries were cold and burned!!! Through that garbage away!!! Close this location!!!! Nasty!!!

I'd give zero stars if I could. I've given this establishment multiple tries. It's on our way home and my daughter enjoys stopping for a treat after school once in a while. But this McDonald's always and I mean always fails to get our order right or even give us our whole order. Unless you want Messy thrown together food that isn't even close to what you order, I'd steer clean of the McDonald's on Harrison Avenue. 100% the worst McDonald's in Panama City! There is also always a homeless person standing right at the Oder speaker asking for money as well.

This is really gross McDonald's. Can't tell the employees from the countless homeless people sitting around in there. I take that back, the homeless people are much more friendly. This was truly the nastiest restaurant that I have ever been in. All I wanted was a Coke, but after seeing that place and it's employees, I decided against it. When was the last time that place was inspected by the Health Department ????

Worst McDonald!! Was going to buy a drink and use the restroom. Toilets full of napkins and paper towels no toilet paper. Seating area with homeless people one man talking out of his head. Won't go there again. People are loitering outside, you want business make your customers comfortable about coming there.
