Dr. Jackson is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He genuinely seems to light up when he’s dealt with any of my pregnancies. I couldn't ask for a better OBGYN! I’d recommend him to anyone.

I had a wonderful birth experience with Dr. J with my second child. I saw him frequently while at the hospital, and he was always kind, informative, and made me feel comfortable. His office staff was always friendly and were happy to find out any answers to questions I had when I called. If I were having any more children, he would be the dr I go too! Thanks again doc!

No professionalism in this place whatsoever. No sympathy or empathy given. I have suffered for years from a "miscarriage", from my first and only pregnancy, that I have kept built up inside me for too long. This place was awful. This person I can't even call a man was awful. The whole experience was so traumatic I still cry about it to this day. He has no emotion or care for anyone. His workplace is filthy just like himself and his work ethic. I have nightmares years later about how I wish I would've gotten a second opinion, how I wish I would've chosen more wisely and hadn't been so naive. At the end of the day I have no one to blame but myself for not doing enough research so please make a better choice then I did because I will FOREVER regret going to this place that ruined my first and only pregnancy. This a heartache and hearbreak I will never fully get over and it has a lot to do with this doctor who I put my trust in, my family's trust in. Who let me down and broke me, my body and my unborn child without a second thought in his mind. Without a single care. Without showing any emotion. Without giving any sort of alternative. Without giving any hope at all. You are truly a horrible person Dr. JACKSON. I hope you read this and find it in your heart to start caring about your career again and what made you happy when you first started out.

He needs to retire from the field now. He has no care for his patients. I never forget how this man told the ER doctor he will stop for lunch before checking on me after they told him I needed a DNC. I officially lost the baby the beginning of November on my way to his office for my appointment where my friend car was filled with blood. Then day after thanksgiving I couldn’t walk due to level of pain I was feeling and the only doctors seems to care was the ones at the ER and couldn’t performed the surgery. He doesn’t care about his patients but yet no other doctor shouldn’t touch them. He was more worried about my insurance which I did have but just didn’t know was effective until afterwards. This is just a summary of the horrible experience.

Absolutely lucky to have had him help me through my first pregnancy. Having had to go to another obstetrician for my second child since I was no more in Panama City I realized how spoiled and well cared for I was with him. I will never forget his kindness.

Dr. Jackson is sincerely THE BEST doctor and human being. Always attentive, always genuine, always professional. He provides the most thorough prenatal care. His office staff is very friendly and always makes you feel comfortable. Would recommend him 100 times over again!!

Dr Jackson was great to me. He did my hysterectomy and when I had problems afterwards. Very knowledgeable and caring.

I know people write a lot negative stuff about Dr. Jackson but everyone has a different experience. Mine was the best had a hysterectomy because of Fibroids and heavy periods I got the best care with him. He is takes Medicaid, and all kinds of others insurance. His staff are very friendly and caring. For me he the best OBGYN in Panama City FL and in Bay County. I highly recommend him.
