Paid 200 for an office visit, would not let me speak to Dr. Gaiser until I paid almost another $200 for an x-ray BEFORE the appointment. I was not told that an x-ray is mandatory to be able to speak to the doctor. This doctor should meet with patients before ordering imaging. Did not try to work with me at all. If you want to see this doctor, be prepared to have a mandatory x-ray before being allowed to speak to him.

Very good decision to go to this doctor. He listens, spends quality time explaining. Staff was friendly and didn't sit in lobby long at all.

THE DOCTORS OFFICES WERE EXTREMELY CLEAN AND I WAS SEEN BY DR. HAYES THE FIRST VISIT AND I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH HER AND SHE EXPLAINED MY X-RAY OF MY NECK IN LAYMAN'S TERMS SO THAT I WOULD COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND MY CONDITION AND SHE WAS SO GREAT AND VERY HIGHLY EDUCATED AND MADE YOU FEEL SO PART OF THIS WONDERFUL FAMILY. MY SECOND VISIT WAS WITH DR. GAISER AND IT WAS SUCH A PLEASURE TO 🙏 MEET A DOCTOR THAT TREATED YOU WITH SO MUCH KINDNESS AND RESPECT AND WELCOMED YOU TO THE FAMILY. Very quick check in, staff is lovely, seen promptly, surgery clearing explained both pre and post op. Physicians and entire staff seem to really care about their patients. I trust them immensely.

This place was amazing, the staff was amazing and NP Collin was very caring thorough he listened and helped in so many ways even went above and beyond to visually show me what was going on with my back and explained everything along with answering all my questions. I have been treating with Southern Orthopedic for over 2 years and I have only positive things to say about Dr. Gaiser, Mrs. Julia Hales and his entire staff. I came to my 1st appt 2 years ago in some of the worst pain in my life due to spinal stenosis (cervical) and 3 months later had acdf surgery. I woke up and had 100% relief from all the nerve pain and numbness and felt better than I had in 7 months. I definitely recommend anyone who looking for an orthopedic physician who you can trust to call Dr. Gaiser. A+++
