I had allergy testing. Lori explained each step completely and thoroughly explained the results. Because you're waiting for reactions, it took about an hour but she was delightful and so personable that the time flew by - I actually enjoyed it. Would recommend highly!!!

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Cannot put into words my frustration. Was NOT given care- argued that I was, and that I should pay them. Dispute in progress. It was a simple test- not something to be dragged out over a 6 month span.

I called and scheduled an appointment for Dr.Daube for my 5 year old son on Monday December 19th 2023. It was made for 30th December 2023. We only chose this place because the doctor recommended it as a referral. We arrive at the clinic, the lights are off, there’s a woman there and she’s ignoring us. We knock, we wait. A different woman comes out of the office, gets in her car. We tell her we are here for a Dr.Daube and had an appointment, she proceeds to say they are closed on Fridays at noon. Then she says there is no Dr.Daube. Meanwhile my husband points out that his name is on the wall of the building. She repeats that this is Friday and they are closed at noon. She wasn’t going to even talk to us. So unfriendly, unprofessional, and a total waste of patients time. Just horrible. We will not return to this place.

Dr. Daube is great but his office staff are not! You never get anything but an answering machine and his nurse Laurie has ZERO compassion, unprofessional, rude, and ignorant at best!

Dr. Dauber was friendly, informative and most of all, his surgical skills were awesome. Would highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Daube is great but his staff is rude, unprofessional and ignorant of their job. Holly specifically is a nurse who speaks over you, belittles the patients and has no business being in the nursing profession, uncaring and ignorant at best!

Dr. Daube and his office staff are very professional and human. I did have a long wait (an hour), but other than that everything was top notch.

I have only had 1 appointment with Dr. Beggs but he seemed to be a good ENT. He tried a couple things to help my issue and he has a great bedside manor.

Dr.Daube did my upper and lower bleph surgery. He was efficient , helpful, and honest with great bedside manner during the procedure. Thank you Kim and Dr . Daube for everything !!!!
