Dr Rydel is the best, I always feel very comfortable with him, I feel like with the help of God he saved my life more than once, yes if anything happens I will go straight to him, thank you Doc you the best. Luv Debbie Butler

Dr. Rydell took my gallbladder out and he was amazing. His administrative staff is the absolute worst though. Won't answer the phone or even call me back. Been trying to call to schedule my follow up appointment for days now.

This so called surgeon left my loved one to suffer and go septic after he performed abdominal surgery on her and nicked her bowel. The last 24 days of her life feces poured out of the incision he left on her stomach, and infection took over her brain causing her to forget who we were the last few days of her life! This doctor had no interest in fixing his mistake, and I’m sure this will not be his last victim.

Dr. Rydell did an amazing job on my gallbladder removal. His administrative worker/s are the absolute worst though. I have been trying to get in touch to make a follow up appointment and no one will answer the phone or even call me back. Even before my surgery it was like pulling teeth just to get an appointment and then schedule the actual surgery.

I had gallbladder surgery February 14th 2022. Doctor Rydell initially saw me and he admitted me to the hospital and Dr. Velgos performed the surgery. I was so surprised at the high level of care that I received at the hospital and with the surgeons. It really made me realize the poor level of service that I received at Ascension Sacred Heart Bay medical center for my heart surgery in 2021. I would highly recommend the surgeons as they did a wonderful job and I've healed and feel great now! They have a great bedside manner and do a really great job . Also I want to mention that the receptionist is amazing and really goes the extra mile to help you out.

One of the worst incompetent physicians staff in the world I had my gallbladder removed on8/4/21 I was told by the doctor not the surgeon I suppose to make a appointment on Monday for Friday I call at 7:59 answering service picked up and told me that the office didn’t open till 8 I called at 8 still no answer call until 9 finally got a answer was told by Connie that their was no staff available all week!!!! I told her the circumstances and was told maybe next week I could get a appointment long story short stay away from gulf coast and their doctors they are the worst won’t fill out paper work for your job fmla /short term disability and you will get bounced around for the simplist of things I had paper I have been trying to get filled out ever since I woke up still not filled out if you are ever sick avoid gulf coast and doctor rudely go to a private hospital my appointment has been change again!!! U have a doctor office with no staff

Dr Rydel did a terrific job on my gallbladder surgery. God placed him there right when I needed him! We were in PCB for vacation when I got sick and had to go to the ER. Everyone was very kind and caring to me. Thank you & God bless U

After my wife spent six days in the hospital and had five MD’s work with her, her nurse found Dr Rydell and had him check on my wife’s situation. He took “the bull by the horns” and the next day did surgery to correct her issues. It’s a shame that she wasted days in the hospital only to find out on the sixth day with nothing corrected, they were going to discharge her. Dr Rydell stopped the discharge and completed a test that hadn’t been done and within hours a surgery was performed and now we are on the road to recovery. If you want a doctor who listens, I emphasize listens, he is that doctor. He made a great educated decision in our case, preformed the necessary procedure and fixed the problem. I recommend Dr Rydell and he will be our family doctor going forward.

Dr. Rydell really listened to me. I put my trust in him and was not disappointed. Thanks to him I live a pain free life now. Thank you
