Great doctor and fantastic office !
Dr.VJ is very knowledgeable and able to help with many different situations and mental health problems. I have been seeing him for almost 2 years and he truly cares to help me in whatever situation arises. The office staff is also amazing and helpful and understands the difference in patients and what they need to stay comfortable during their visit.
Dr. Vijapura is a very nice doctor & helps me with my needs. Although I really wanted to review Kayleigh- she has went above and beyond to help me schedule my appointments & is so patient with me if I need to reschedule! Just from the other psychiatrist offices I’ve had to deal with, Kayleigh makes everything a breeze & talks to me like I am a person! I sincerely appreciate her.
Perv. This place has SIGNIFICANTLY gone down hill. The doctor rushes, and is quick and sloppy with patient care.
I used to love Dr. Vijapoura. He was the first Dr that was able to figure the correct medication and correct dosage. I saw him every month and paid cash. I also loved his secretary. I moved away for several years and returned. I was having a very hard time. I will never return again. My 1st appointment was around 300.00 and it wasn’t Dr. Vijapoura but a person I had never seen and she did not introduce herself or tell me who she was. She breezed in and her first words were, “we need to make this quick as I have an appointment.” She was going to do the assessment. The second thing she said was you seem to have mania?? Never heard that in my life 66 years. She did make it quick about 20 min for 300.00. She also made the comment, “You are not working or going to school, what’s the problem, so you don’t really need medication”. For my next appointment it was Dr Vijapoura, this woman and another man. This woman I’m sure gave her opinion before my appointment. They were very cruel to me. Dr Vijapoura refused to prescribe me the medication that he himself had established for me years earlier. I don’t know what happened to him. I won’t be returning.
If I could give negative starz I would. Extremely inappropriate. Absolutely horrific
Dr. Vijapera might be a desent doctor. He said inapropriate a things and it made me feel unconfortable. I am a male patient and was very unconfortable when he made a joke about touching myself. I don't know how this related to my visit for my addiction. There were others in the room that herd him to but didn't say anything. This never happened before. Am I looking at this wrong Be carefull
Dr.vijapaura has helped me regain control of my mental state of mind. He will push you to improve and work on things to be better mentally, and not to mention his staff and front desk clerks are great at what they do the office is full of motivation and good vibes.
Dr. Vijapura and his staff are amazing. Have been treated by him for PTSD issues from being a career Firefighter for 6 years. During my treatment I have received medication and therapy, which has helped me feel normal again, strengthening my mental resilience and built my confidence in my mental abilities again. This treatment, along with EMDR sessions with a therapist that recommended me to Doc. VJ, life feels almost normal again!
Don't Trust I went to Dr VJ for sublingual film. At first he took insurance and then he did not take insurance. He kept uping his rates and it was always cash. I was an alcoholic while I saw him and he never helped me, I asked several times. I do not drink anymore thanks to God. I wouldn't go to him even if he was the last doctor alive.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
