Eacharangad IYPE Jacob's Online Review Report Card

I live out of town, but help care for my mom who lives in PC. I'm on her account, have taken her in for an appointment, and have HIPPA form. Dr. Jacob wont talk on the phone about mom's challenges and test results. Ridiculous in today's world.

This is my third visit and review for Dr. Jabobs & staff. 5 stars for all of them!! Every one of the specialists I have seen since I have moved to Florida, see me on the first visit, their PA or NPA see me for every follow up visit. NOT DR JACOBS. I see HIM every time. He calls me back to go over all my blood work and X-rays. Never just a call from staff, saying they look good. Never giving me any numbers or seeing actual report. Not Dr Jacobs, he is sitting beside me, papers in hand, explaining the results. Best ever. Don't you retire or move Dr. Florida needs Drs like you!! Thanks for my care!! Mary Lou Givens.

Dr Jacob and his staff were so friendly and listened to everything I had to say about my injury, they were patient and explained in detail any question I had. Will definitely recommend in the future.

Everyone at the practice I great. I never felt rushed or pressured. Both Dr Jacob and the technician who performed my NCV took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and ensure that I was comfortable. Dr. Jacob in particular was very informative, explaining what he was testing at different points and what he was finding overall. He even took time to answer a question unrelated to what I was there for. A truly caring physician!

This was my second visit to see Dr Jacob. I was so impressed with my first visit with him that I was shocked that my second visit was equally as impressive. Other specialist I have seen since I moved to Florida have spent time with me on my original visit and from all the follow-up visits I only saw PA or their in NPA. Dr Jacob spent as much time with me on my second visit as he did on my original visit. He answered all the questions that I had and encouraged me to keep smiling as it did not appear that I was 84 years old. He noticed that day that I was pale and ordered some lab tests. He found the answer to what was causing my headaches. Can't say enough good things about him or his staff, they were excellent. Would highly recommend all of them!!!!

Dr. Jacob is an outstanding doctor! He is very thorough and takes the time needed to make a complete diagnosis, unlike many doctors these days. He has a wonderful personality and makes his patients comfortable during an exam. His many years of experience is what gives his patients confidence in his final diagnosis. His office staff are also very polite and helpful while doing a great job of supporting the doctor.

Dr. Jacob is very knowledgeable and kind. I have a rather serious diagnosis and he was honest with me about it.

I used to work with Dr. Jacob when he did rounds on patients in the ICU. I always thought he was very thorough in his assessments. When I became a patient 20 years ago, he was very kind and thorough, and was able to sit with me in his office and explain what happened to me. He encouraged me, and I still think back on that visit, smile, and thank God for that!
