List of Emad Eisa's Reviews
Dr. Eisa was always a good Doctor to me..He would listen to what I had to say and then ask questions....Did blood work in his office which I liked very much. I liked him very much
He is a wonderful Doctor he see to my needs as his patient
Dr. Eisa has been very attentive to my needs for the last 4 years. As staff come and go, Dr. Eisa has been there and always interested in my concerns. I will highly recommend him for your health needs.
Can agree with all the currents reviews, good and bad. My opinion is that he started out with the best of intentions and then office went down hill due to office manager completely taking over the office. When she opened (within the office) a tattoo business was the last straw. She is a very rude and vindictive person. Even though I could go on and on about bad experiences, I would like to wish Dr Eisa the best.
I called for an urgent appoinment again today. It seems like when you have elderly parents everything is urgent. I was greeted politely on the phone and was able to see the Dr. within a matter of hours.
I have been going to Dr. Eisa for a year, everytime I leave I know I have the best doctor in Bay County. His staff are courteous, caring and concerned for my welfare. Dr.Eisa is the most thorough, knowledgeable and caring Doctor I have ever been to in my 65 years. I can enjoy life knowing I have the best medicine and treatment possible.
Doctor is irritable every single appointment, even after taking an entire month vacation. Why submit to abuse? Doctor has anger issues. Doctor is vindictive. Doctor bilks patient for unnecessary additional appointments. Doctor's office manager oversteps her bounds aggressively pursuing extraordinary clerical 'needs' from patients. I could litigate but probably moving on elsewhere is easiest.
Dr. Eisa is a very good Dr. My problem is wit the staff. I needed refill for my insulin through my mail order. They were waiting on response from Drs. office before they can refill it. I even called the Drs. office to tell them. The girl who answered phone said she will let the nurse know. I had to go out the next day, so decided to stop by. The office was closed. There was no note on door and I was not told when I talked to the girl, that they would be closed. Dr. Eisa needs to know about this.
Dr. Eisa has lost all of my respect due to the unruly and ignorant staff he has employed in his office. He will soon lose all of the customers.
I was recommended to Dr. Eisa. I found him to be patient care attentive. He was wonderful. Diagnosis, care, recommendations, and follow up. However that changed in February. He prescribed a medication that to take for 3 months. I called for follow up and was told I was fired as a patient by his staff. I asked why and asked to speak with the Dr. I was told no and they sent be a letter back in February. I never received a letter, I would have contacted them immediately. Lost all respect.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
