List of Eneida Gomez's Reviews
I can't even describe how bad this office is. I've never met a more rude staff in the medical industry. ER receptionists look like saints compared to these guys. Here's a little guide to help you: -If you want to make a quick appointment, be prepared to talk to the most miserable, self indulgent lady for 15 minutes before she does her job. -You have a tele-health appointment? They're awesome! If the doctor shows up. -The doctor showed up, but you are having issues with the system? Too bad because that's your fault! -Wait! The issue is on their end? Don't worry, its still your fault! -Got sick of the over the phone appointments? Too bad, in person is even worse! -You want reasonable prescriptions? Why are you asking for so much?????? These doctors play the "Whatever prescription makes the most money form insurance," game. -You say their prescriptions don't fit your needs? Too bad! The doctors clearly know what's best for you, you dumb little boy/girl.
Was seeing Dr. Gomez and she helped me. Was very comfortable with her. Saw her for a year. Next thing I know I’m being told that Dr. Gomez is no longer there and I had someone else. Asked if Dr. Gomez is coming back and no answer. Now I find out after another year with the new Dr. she has left and tomorrow I see another new doctor.
Dr. Gómez see approximately 60 patients a day. Obviously we are money machine as a patients.
Disappointed that she is no longer practicing.
Dr. Gomez is/was a great provider! The staff is amazing. you might find them unhelpful if you are ignorant. Any human can take only so much from other humans, even if they have somewhat of a mental illness. Sitting in the lobby I have encountered numerous times that people seem like they take advantage of others due to them having a "disability". Yes, billing can be a lot better! I have been notified they send their billing somewhere else, so I would think that company needs to get it together. I hope Dr. Gomez is doing well, my family and I miss her so much.
Left me high and dry because of insurance issues. Not exactly something I had control over.
To all the patients that appreciate her and wondered what happened; I don't know. I have learned that she is alive!!! I didn't find this out from her or Panacea Alliance. I don't know if she will be back. I am very relieved that she survived 2020. My anxiety issues ratcheted up a LOT not knowing. Not thrilled to find myself another shrink, but I am not so self-involved that I blame her. I do find the company name ironic since they could have taken the time to allay our fears. I agree to that part of Tom D's comment but I suggest he go back to the dictionary to define "devious miscreant" and add the word "craven" to stare at his reflection. For *Outraged* and 2018's issue with third-party billing try to remember that her purpose is treatment. Office staff coordinates paperwork & billing. It's called delegation. I liked her PA and was sorry he left. *Violated privacy* HIPAA protects you but fraud, libel, slander, ethics protects her. You would be lawsuit icing on her cake.
Dr. Eneida Gomez of Panacea Alliance has been my psychiatrist for several years. She has been my favorite shrink (she loved that word, always laughed). She would divide her time between Palm Coast and St. Augustine in Florida. The Palm Coast office has been closed for awhile now. 2020 happened and she disappeared. I've had a telehealth session with a nurse practitioner and that was it. I understand confidentiality. But I opened up with everything I am with her and no one will tell me what happened to her. I know some people complained about the length of time in the waiting room. However, she gave her patients her undivided attention and helped many people. I am completely crushed. The five stars are for Dr. Gomez not Panacea Alliance.
She, Gomez, quit seeing all of her patients without warning. A formal notice of her retirement would of been accepted, appropriate and professional. You, Gomez, are a devious miscreant.
Hass to be the worst doctor forgot to send prescription to drugstore had to wait for days for them to re-open forgot to send documents to specialist they sent us to no help from the office can’t even get anyone on the phone

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
