this place is terrible how many bad reviews do you need for something to change how many people have to be turned away with pain or problems this just doesn’t make any sense at all what is Florida or the government doing about it NOTHING 0 stars. No one should be having to wait months ahead of time just to get dental work what is the point of having Medicaid if they’re not going to help you something needs to be changed

I had an appointment today with the most unprofessional Dentist I have ever witnessed. She basically had a hissy fit in the middle of doing my filling. Terrible manners! Her craft was good but her attitude was horrible. Her white coat said she was “Dr. Isaac” but she was far from American so I doubt that was her real name. You ought to be ashamed of yourself “Dr. Isaac!”

Takes two to three months for an appointment. I have a tooth that broke at the gums they can’t see me for 10 weeks. Had an appointment a month ago, they called the day before and canceled said they would call to work me in but didn’t. My husband also had an appointment that they canceled and did not call to work in.

I agree with many this place is the worst rude staff condescending attitude and preys on the poor the manager and receptionist are the worst human beings ever . They know this is a place of last resort for many and exibit it to everyone how they keep their 401k status makes me scratch my head . All I can say is avoid if you can if you cant i wish you the best of luck.

I've been going for years and never had a problem. They're very sweet and listen to your concerns and problems. Definitely recommend.

If I could give this zero stars I would. The receptionist and the staff at the Dental Clinic there are extremely rude, and very unprofessional this is not how you should run a business or treat people. The receptionist needs to be fired!

I had the best experience during a recent phone call particularly while speaking to Ashley.... After some frustration previously, Ashley was able to clarify for mewhy and upcoming procedure would be necessary and her exquisite knowledge of dentistry coupled with expert and empathetic customer service skills was. I consider myself to be somewhat of an expert when it comes to customer service and customer relations as I have spent over 20 years in sales and customer service. great job Ashley look forward to seeing you soon for my upcoming procedure and I will be referring pancare to my friends and family based on this experience with her!

Sliding scale pricing, pleasant staff

PanCare Health (on Sherman by Fairgrounds in Panama City, FL) Manager, Linda Olick refused to comply with the 6ft social distancing and refused patient’s rights. In March 2020, I overheard Dr. Rosa Benier, say, “Those Americans!” in a condescending way. Was misdiagnosed on 2 matters. The PHARMACY gave me wrong transplant medication also Keith Webster didn’t follow through with his word. Needless to say I’m moving onto a much safer, friendlier and trustworthy Facility ❤️09-11-2020 UPDATEPanCare PHARMACYIs BRINGING me the correct transplant meds today! 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Keep the Faith God answers prayers 🙏🙏🙏❤️
