List of Jon Ward's Reviews
Be careful if u aren’t white or Christian. Not only will you A) not get care (he is a bigot) B) apparently he is ok with people being refused care and dying. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere where you will get quality care regardless of what your skin color or religion is. He is dangerous.
Extremely unprofessional conduct!
What's that sound that ducks make??
Being skilled in skin cancer surgery doesn't make you even remotely competent in the field of infectious disease epidemiology. He's a dermatologist...NOT a scientist. Deliberately spreading medical misinformation (pertaining to numerous conditions and treatments) is inherently unethical and unbecoming behavior of a physician. He should considering sticking to what he knows instead of deliberately engaging in scope creep. Highly unprofessional.
I do like Dr Ward I think he is excellent at what he does, but he should consider other people's time as important as his own. When I make an appointment I don't expect to wait an HOUR or more to see the Doctor. I do understand stuff happens... BUT I have been going to Dr Ward for years and it's Every Time! Can you say Overbooking..........
This facility goes out of its' way to email you and robo call you appointment times. When you show up on time they often can't get to you in an hour or more. I feel the patients time is just as important as the Doctor's time. When I asked the staff (after a 45 min wait) if I needed to reschedule she said ok. Never offered to find out the hold up. No explanation. No apology. Just ok we can reschedule you. I told her to never mind and filled out the paperwork to transfer my account at another nearby clinic.
I went to this office last year. I wear a neck fan when it's hot. I went to this person with dry skin concern. He didn't even look closely, he stated it was excema and wrote a script for lotion, which they never actually submitted, and on top of all of that it was simply wind burn from my neck fan. Which I figured out. Waste of money and time.
Frankly, I am amazed at the negative reviews that this doctor is getting - they are totally unfair. I have never had any problems with his medical ability or any customer service issues with his staff. In fact, they are nicer than most physician offices and I recommend him. I don't think some of these complainers have actually seen the doctor and they should be disregarded entirely .
Great physician, saw Dr. Ward for skin cancer removal and for a painful cyst removal. Did a great job and was a caring health care provider.
Well, lets just say that as a physician myself, Dr. Ward and I both know that dermatologists are considered at the bottom of the totem pole where the medical profession is concerned. That said my consult with Dr. Ward demonstrated he is at rock bottom of his class.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
