Probably a great doctor but the office staff is damaging his business. Everyone can’t be lying when they mention his gatekeepers being terrible. If you can speak to him directly and get passed them then there’s hope of seeing a quality doctor.

Dr. Banton is both like an older family physician years ago and a new, forward thinking doctor. He takes the time to explain things, hear your questions, and gives a patient a chance to express him/herself.He knows that a patient needs physical emotional and spiritual wellness to truly become well and vital- yet he never pressures or forces a thing. Dr. Banton also has become informed about newer treatments alternative medicine and minerals & vitamins as part of overall health.

Shady business! Be very careful of this doctor overcharging you. I went in for a routine, fully covered physical by my insurance company, and ended up leaving with being charged for services anyways. The billing team laughed at me when I questioned those charges. They also will send you to out of network providers with zero care to the insurance plan you have. Went in for services that should’ve cost nothing and left with owing $2600 for preventative care.

Office staff are extremely rude and insufficient it’s not worth going through them to see a Dr … it’s just a shame that Dr Banton probably has no idea what his staff is doing to the patients or potential patients

I love Dr Banton, he is very thorough with everything and calls in specialists if he doesn’t know for sure what’s going on. He is down to earth and easy to talk to

Dr Banton deserves better reviews but people are giving bad reviews based on a negative experience with a past office employee. If his reviews were based on him alone as a doctor, everyone would honestly say he's worth 5 stars. He's one of the few Doctors who truly cares, takes time to listen, is very knowledgeable, and has many years of experience.

His employees are the rudest uncaring hateful people to ever work in a doctors office . It is a shame that this is who works for Doctor Banton because he is a wonderful doctor who showed me ( until I was informed recently they didnt want me as a.patient if I could not come in more often. With no understanding I am disabled , had to relocate 1 hour away , my car literally blew up and burnt to the ground and I have no way to get there unless i can find someone willing to shuddle me around) that Doctors do care about helping you get better

Dr. Banton is the most professional, caring Dr. who takes his time and TRULY CARES about you and EVERY ASPECT of your health. He is also very patient and knowledgeable about every concern you could possibly have. We consider him avery dear friend and like family! He even called us after hours to ask us another question he needed a little more detail on. We love Dr. Banton and would never trust our health with anyone else!

This doctor is getting to old and absent minded .My has been seeing him for over 6 years ,she is now in a nursing home and been try everyday 3to 4 time aday to reach him for aweek now completely ignoring her .

Dr.Banton is a wonderful Dr. He takes time to explain things to you. He cares about your health and well-being.. We're so blessed to have Dr. Banton for our family Dr.
