List of Khurram Nazir's Reviews
Gets to the point. No small talk. You must coax him to communicate. But he knows his stuff and doesn’t mince words. Doctors from other parts of the world are at a disadvantage culturally and linguistically. He is well qualified.
The man treated me in the hospital, I was ready to release me. I got hit by a hurricane, I never got follow up care as Dr. The Director of the hospitalist on staff at the time I was treated disagreed with discharging me. I returned to his office, with my health care packet and two strokes in my brain. Still untreated, and he just basically sat there and asked me why I was there. I said I would like to know and understand what has happened to me, and what other follow up measures and treatment I need. And he asked me again so why are you here? He never made ANY sense. I got up & “stumbled out”. I didn’t get charge for the office visit. I guess that’s one good thing I could say about the man.
The most unprofessional doctor in PC. All he wants to do is shove pills down your throat instead of treating the problem. He has a horrible bed side manner and is the WORST doctor. I would not recommend him to anyone EVER!
Pill pushed. Prescription of narcotics to my wife, a recovering addict. He will be losing his license.
Dr Nazir is caring and listens attentively. I have seen two Neurologist in the past and was disappointed in both. When I saw Dr Nazir I was pleasantly surprised. He listens to you, explains what his plan is and if that plan does not help he finds another option. I suffer from chronic headaches and he is the only Neurologist who actually seems to care for me and wants to help. I am so thankful Dr Nazir is my Neurologist
A tremendously disappointing experience. I was referred to Dr Nazir after experiencing an episode of total global amnesia as well as an episode of disorientation in DECEMBER 2019. Dr Nazir did seem competent and caring, but getting my MRI and EEG performed took until mid February 2020 (not really his or his staff's fault). However it appears as though I have been lost in follow up...I have not heard ANYTHING from him or his staff (this is March 25, 2020) regarding a follow up appointment. Having been an RN for over 36 years I do understand that he and his staff may be busy...but this seems unreasonable. Thankfully I can read my MRI results online, (and fortunately I don't have a brain tumor) but I have no earthly idea about my EEG results. I, of course, did receive a bill promptly for the office visit. I will be asking my primary care physician about a referral to an MD who will actually follow up with his or her patients.
Excellent Doc
After years of seeing Dr. Nazir for Epilepsy, he never believed I had seizures, and never cared for me. Now Dr’s at UF Hospital found a lesion in my Temporal Lobe causing seizures in both sides of my Temporal Lobes! But Dr Nazir never let me talk and always just shut me up with pills that never controlled the seizures. He even gave me “free” Briviact as a sample, that didn’t help, then charged us $1,200! He really only cares about the money.
I waited in the room for over an hour and a half and the doctor still had not come so I opened the door and told the lady that I had been waiting and the doctor had not come yet. She you have she checked her computer and says the doctor is finishing up with his last patient now. Seriously you all forgot I was in the room waiting. I said I was living and they didn't care to apologize or explain, the doctor didn't care that he did not get to give his diagnosis. I will never return to this horrible place again.
Contradictions within his own notes. Very poor record keeping. Uncaring, willing to slight his patient due to conflict of personality. Miserable experience all the way around.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
