Dr.Yauch took the time to really listen to my issues and concerns. Appreciate her empathy and respect for me. I have been trying to find a new PCP and am very happy to have been able to be seen by her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yauch for over 10 years and think she is a great doctor. She is patient and . listens carefully, and is right on with diagnosis and treatment. if I need referral to a speciaist, she chooses the best one for me. I would recommend her to everyone.

Very disappointing. She came so highly recommended from friends and our experience was not so good. She sent us to the emergency room for test that came back negative after 8 hours plus in the waiting room numerous times. Her bedside manner made my caregiver to my husband cry. I think she is stressed and that is translated to her patients. I have never been so disappointed. If you are not sick she is a very good dr.

I was her office to again explain that I had paid my bill infull. The one woman in charge of billing basically called me a liar and even cursed at me!!!

She listens to me, asks the right questions and makes me feel like I'm an actual person. Her diagnosis is spot on. Just the best family doctor I have ever had. And unfortunately, I have had a lot of doctors.

After going to the ER you are suppose to see primary Dr in 3 to 5. The first available with my Dr of 6 years, was 3 months. Dr. Yauch wouldn't even take the time to call or return correspondence. When I went to pick up records they had the nerve to ask for id. Worst treatment I have ever received from a professional in over 50 years.

Dr Yauch always spends time with me. I never feel rushed. She seems to sincerely care about ME. I have been her patient since she first came to PCB.

I have had several visits with Dr. Yauch and have been very pleased with the amount of time she spent with me. She takes the time to listen and ask questions to make sure her diagnosis is correct. If you need a doctor that doesn't just prescribe pills, but actually cares about taking care of you, then she is the best.

I met Dr. Yauch at a crucial time in my life. She has been my most trusted Dr ever since. She LISTENS and more importantly she allows me the needed extra time to get everything I want to share with her out. It's been 5 yrs now and I would never have made it this far had it not been for her. She is very thorough, and there is nothing about me that she does NOT know before I get there. She has all her information, and if she doesn't have the current info she will get it within 5 min's. She has referred me to some of the best specialist in Bay County.
