This office never returns phone calls and you can never get a live person on the phone ever! I’ve left several messages on a couple occasions nobody has ever gotten back to me was that the pharmacist pharmacist tried to call they never called her back, Gulf Coast Hospital tried to call them while I was there on the phone with them because I couldn’t get through. They never called back to GulfCoast. I’m done with this office the staff is, not very efficient and should be fired. How can an office run like this when nobody returns phone calls ever I have a appointment on November but I will not be going. I left several messages but they just dont ever call you back.

I seen Dr. Klin for my second opinion my appointment was for 2:15pm On August 29th I waited until after 4:00 pm to finally be called back to the exam room and there I waited again. He told me his staff would set me up for a colonoscopy and endoscopy, which they did for September 1st. At the surgery center. Surgery center called and said because of issues that arose the colonoscopy couldn't be done there so someone from the office would call me and let me know what to do. I was supposed to start the prep at 4:00 that day. Well Dr. Klins staff never did answer my messages left and never to this day September 19th has called me back and tomorrow is my follow-up appointment to see what the results from my procedure was. I want to go but only to complain to him about his incompetent staff. He might have been able to help me with my issues but I'm not going to waste my time with his staff who in my opinion needs to be let go and replaced.

Dr. Klim is a good doctor, but he overbooks. His office nurses are incredibly rude, offensive and aggressive. I had a TERRIBLE experience with his nurses. Front desk staff are great, but they don't return phone calls. We've called THREE times to pay a very small bill, and no one will call us back. The recorded message says 'please only call once a day' because obviously they're heading off all of the angry patients who they refuse to communicate with. If you're looking for rude nurses, non-communicative staff, and a doctor who runs off after your procedure without explaining one single thing, then this is the practice for you. Totally unprofessional, would not recommend to a single person.

Last time I was there klinn is the only doctor who tried to convince me to get a covid shot. Said I needed vitamin B shot hope thats what it was. Went one time after that after waiting over 3 hours I left never went back.

The wait is always over an hour sometimes 2 hours. What is going on? Why do you schedule at 230 if it's already 330 and no one has seen me. This is the most crazy place to wait and wait. And they never even get to you until 2-3 hours later!!

Dr Klin and staff are very professional and helpful. The waiting room time is long for the visit.

The first visit was a bit shaky! Dr may have had an off day. Had the procedure, went inn for follow up, Dr was pleasant and very friendly and informative! 2 HR wait for appt.

Office staff is horrible! My husband has cancer and they are constantly putting him on the back burner. They will not return your phone calls and have so much malpractice going on in office. Will be reporting them to insurance and a attorney.

No patient care does not listen or believe what patients tell him just order procedures and test that is after 3-4 hours after your appointment time and good luck getting someone on the phone or getting prescriptions called in worst doctor ever

Dr. Klin's office is such a joke every time i go i have to sit for at least 3 or 4 hours sometimes it's longer i have never been to any drs office where I've had to sit that long before it's ridiculous and they don't even apologize and I've been dealing with that for 5 years but not anymore im done the last straw is when i call about my meds they refuse to call them in and gets really smart about about it too i advice anybody not to go to Dr Klin
