MIchael Reed's Online Review Report Card

I’ve had back issues for over 25 years and have met with numerous orthopedic surgeons, including a specialist at HSS in New York City. I chose Dr. Reed to perform lumbar surgery in late January, 2023 and could not be happier with the outcome! Dr. Reed and his assistant Aaron were both compassionate and very knowledgeable. They communicated very well with both my wife and me. Yeah, having major surgery is a big deal, but fixing the underlying structural issues is often the only way to address the pain. I highly recommend Dr. Reed!!

I take my mom there often for procedures. Everyone is professional and Dr. Reed is very caring and personable. He makes sure she is comfortable and feeling as little pain as possible during the procedure, we drive all the way from Georgia just to go see him because of his abilities. I encourage anyone needing his services to use him. You will not be disappointed.

I have been to another orthopedic surgeon who had prepared me forthcoming surgery for my back. Dr Reed was amazing with his bedside manner, his approach and details of my particular issues and no need for surgery at this time or perhaps in the future. I know personally what a GREAT surgeon he is from years of seeing his patients do so well, but the fact that he did not rush to operate as most surgeons do was so commendable. My experience with Dr Reed was wonderful. I had a herniated disc, he had me in surgery in 3 days. I have never had another problem at all. He took 30% of my disc alleviating the excruciating pain for over 20 yesrs Yes, I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I was incapacitated for four months and could do nothing but lay on my couch or sit up for an hour at a time. After MRI's Dr. Reed knew what was wrong and performed a Spinal Fusion to my L4-L5 vertebrae. The results were excellent and I was back at work 13 weeks later. I would highly recommend him and his staff for ay problems with your back or spine.

Excellent!! I had been to every doctor in town over a period of 10 years and finally Dr. Reed said he could help me and he did. He is very detailed in diagnosing and shows you what he can do to help. Staff was very down to earth and helpful every time I called after surgery. He performed a 2 level ACDF and following his orders and aftercare I am so much better and off pain meds. I highly recommend Dr. Reed and staff. Thank you so much for care and concern.

He operated on my sons leg in 1993. He put a rod in from his knee to his hip. He did a fantastic job. Will always be grateful to him. My son has not had any problems since then. Thank you Dr. Reed.

Dr Reed performed a complete lumbar spinal fusion He and his associates did a wonderful job. Great follow up and attention. I am very happy with the results.

Have been to Dr 2 weeks ago, got x rays, will not read x-rays until I come back on January 5th. Need a vascular read on my legs, not in any hurry for that. Pain is not funny. The Dr was not very concerned about my pain. No I don't do pain meds, but he wants me to do physical therapy before he even reads ex rays. No thanks

Best ortho surgeon in NW FL. Had it not been for this man I would be in a wheel chair. He fixed my neck along with my back. Kind curtious caring very knowledgeable Dr.
