Dear Dr. Rohan, I hope this latter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that transpired during my recent visit to your esteemed medical practice. While I hold your professional expertise and the quality of care provided by your team in high regard, I feel compelled to express my deep disappointment with the behavior of one of your receptionists, whose actions were regrettably unprofessional and exceedingly rude. On Today, at approximately 9:04 AM, I had a phone conversation about the appointment scheduled with you for a medical consultation. As a patient seeking healthcare, I expected to be greeted with courtesy and professionalism. However, to my dismay, the receptionist on duty, whose name I regretfully do not know, displayed a complete lack of respect and failed to fulfill her duties adequately. Her behavior was marked by rudeness and dismissiveness. She greeted me with a condescending tone and exhibited impatience when addressing my inquiries. Furthermore, she appeared to be preoccupied with personal matters, as she frequently glanced at her phone and engaged in unrelated conversations with her colleagues, creating an atmosphere of unprofessionalism within your practice. As a patient, it is disheartening to encounter such behavior, which not only diminishes the reputation of your practice but also undermines the trust and confidence that patients like myself place in the medical profession. The actions of this receptionist were not only discourteous but also unbecoming of a healthcare facility that prides itself on patient-centered care. I firmly believe that exceptional medical care encompasses not only clinical expertise but also the overall experience a patient encounters at every touchpoint within a practice. Regrettably, the conduct of your receptionist fell far short of the standards I had come to expect from your medical practice. I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. It is my sincere hope that you will provide additional training and guidance to your staff, reinforcing the importance of treating patients with respect, empathy, and professionalism. This will not only serve to enhance the patient experience but also uphold the reputation and values that your practice strives to embody. Please be assured that my intention in bringing this matter to your attention is not to cause undue distress but rather to ensure that other patients do not encounter a similar experience in the future. I am confident that you will take the necessary steps to address this issue promptly and effectively. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I remain hopeful that, with your intervention, the quality of service within your practice will be restored, ensuring that patients like myself can receive the care they deserve without being subjected to unprofessional conduct.

My husband has nothing but great things to say about this Dr. I have gone with my husband to a couple of appointments and the receptionist and doctors assistant are very professional and caring.

Do not recommend. Did not do a true exam. Pointed to two places on my back and asked if it hurt. Turned around to order an MRI. Cleared me for work without my knowledge and before MRI was done, which results I got today through a different provider showed I had a fracture in my spine. He submitted a report to Workman’s Comp saying I had full range of motion and no other concerns. This is all untrue. He never tested my range of motion and barely spoke to me. Spent less than five minutes with me. I have now been suffering for two months in pain.

Doctor is not in my opinion hands on. Second time to see him and both times he sent referrals to a pain management doctor and I have yet to hear from anyone. Ask his office staff if he could call me to give me results of MRI findings. NO I would have to come back in. Explained I couldn’t come back anytime soon due to husbands health. To tele visits no he couldn’t do that. Asked to be referred to another Spine clinic and call me. No call.

I was barely able to walk and in constant extreme pain when I called and made myself a appointment. This Dr. Is a miracle. My pain was gone the minute I woke up from surgery. I admit I was a little scared and a whole lot doubtful I would ever be pain free again due to previous injury's. I was at my appointment one afternoon and in surgery the next morning so glad and thankful there was no time to back out. I highly recommend Dr. Rohan and his staff.

I would highly recommend Dr Rohan. He has saved my abilities to walk and my ability use my. His nurse Cloe however is rude and inconsiderate. The way she spoke to me after my surgery was rude, abrupt and very short like it was a bother for her to answer me. I will not see him again if she is still employed there. There is never a reason to treat someone unkindly. Especially in that career field. I am a mere waitress and I was tUght better.

This Dr. Gets bought and paid for by insurance companies. It doesn't matter how severe your injuries are he lies to side with the people paying him. He lied to my face ,told me the opposite to my face. He said he could help me he knew this was a severe injury. He said if I came back to see him after my case was settled he would help me. All lies, do not trust this Dr.

I write this review less than 48 hours post op. My doctor recently had a heart issue requiring surgery so I had to go to plan B for my neck/disc procedure. Dr. Rohan Jr. was my choice and it certainly ended up being the correct decision. From my first office visit to my post op visit the entire evolution was nothing short of amazing. The office staff could not have made it simpler from getting appointments to insurance approval. As for Doctor Rohan Jr. himself...the upmost professional who explained things in Lehman's terms and had true compassion throughout. I often hear about people leaving town to get these types of procedures done but when it was all said and done that is something that is completely unnecessary when you have someone of this caliber in town. My life was literally turned around in less than 2 days as a result of Dr. Rohan's gifted hands. I would highly recommend Dr. Rohan.

You can not find a nicer doctor, he fixed my neck and my lower back. Pain know where like it was , love him and staff there at office in panama city fl,,if you need it fixed hes the man !
