Was referred to DR Mohamed by the Va for claim screening, his staff were nice, the office was clean and I was seen promptly. For me the experience was a good one and went smoothly, no complaints.

**Cont*** Then after he was done with me, his receptionist/nurse took my blood pressure "because she didn't know that she needed to do until the Dr. came in." And half way through my exam, he leaves and brings back 38 pages of medical history I need to fill out after the exam. It would have been nice to have this the hour I waited for him to show up for my appointment. I was so put off by the whole experience and I do not recommend anyone see this "Doctor."

Doctor Kassem don't listen to patient's requests. He won't prescribe medications patients need or ask for it. He is afraid prescribing medications asked by patients, prescribing only what he wants to prescribe alleging that is for patients safety. But this is only an excuse to cover up his own back! He takes very little time with patients. 3 minutes at the most. It's just not worth it! Also all payments have to be cash only. No credit, debit cards or checks are accept and they don't like giving referrals.

When you are under stress or unwell, you want calm energy. Dr. Rubasingham's calm and down to earth manner is comforting and her ability to explain things in laymen terms is also very appreciated. She is kind and patient and grace under pressure.

Dr Kassem is a wonderful doctor. However, his staff are not only subpar but unacceptably subpar. It took a several calls for them to send my medications to my pharmacy, I’ve asked for several referrals including one to go see a surgeon and I’ve never gotten a single call or any information about said referrals. The front desk staff tend to be very short and depending on who you get, can be downright rude. I have a medical condition that makes me extremely forgetful and I can space out easily, so it is imperative that I have a medical team who can work with me and follow through with their promises.
