I was seen for a pulled muscle which I'm still dealing with 1 week later. My issue is the doctor sent a prescription to my pharmacy. There was a problem with my insurance and they needed to hear from the doctor . It was after hours so I called and left a message. The nurse called me next day and I explained the situation to her. She told me she would let the doctor know ad she wasn't in yet. Fast forward to now 1 week later......no phone call to correct the issue or to tell me she wasn't goi6to follow up with my insurance.

The staff is unprofessional and mean. They refused to release my medical records,then canceled all of my appointments to get my medical records
