Panhandle Pediatric Dentistry's Online Review Report Card

My daughter had an appointment today with Dr. Robby and Adrianna. Going in I was very nervous because we have always had Dr. Berry and change is hard. I also have some dentist ptsd and know that one bad experience can change your outlook forever. Andrianna and Dr. Robby immediately put my anxiety at ease, answered all my questions, and were so kind. Adrianna showed my daughter (6) all the tools and how they worked so she wouldn’t be nervous once they started. They talked to her throughout the whole treatment and she left smiling and laughing!! 10/10

I took my son to the Santa Rosa Beach location to get a chipped tooth fixed and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Our dental assistant Kylie took great care of us before the procedure. She answered all of mine and my son’s goofy questions and made sure he was entertained as well. She even made little jokes and helped him relax if he was getting uneasy while we waited for the Doctor to see us. Our dentist, Dr. Lisa Lapointe, did an excellent job fixing his tooth. The procedure was very quick and she made it look easy. It looks like there was never a chip in his tooth at all! My sons was a little anxious and nervous with all the loud noises from the tools the had to use to repair his tooth but the whole team helped calm him down and make sure he felt safe and comfortable during the procedure. From Sebastian and myself thank you all so much for doing such an amazing job!! We really can’t thank you enough. We will use this dentistry for all of our dental needs big or small!!

My child had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend going to their office if your child is in need.

I wish I could able to give NO STAR option for this place! The place is completely JOKE!!! We got an appointment 6 months ago due to over book and they just called 2 days ago reschedule and they keeped called 3 more times for rescheduling! They have ZERO CARE about your work schedule or anything!!! Sad thing is that these people are DOCTORS which they should CARE ABOUT PEOPLE (or) PATIENTS????

This place is a factory. A zoo Don’t go here. Don’t give these over priced zoo keepers your business. Shame on these people. 1hour and a half for a 20 min clean and we had 2 minutes with a dentist. Horrible awful experience and I hated every minute of it. This was a complete waste of time money and energy. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE

My two children get seen here and they both absolutely love it. The office is run very efficiently with kind staff and a welcoming environment. They both look forward to going to the dentist and seeing the fishtank as well as the special coin machine for after their cleaning.

Had multiple bad experiences, tried to give the benefit of the doubt a few times. Last example, child broke a cap on her tooth and they can’t get her into any location for 20 days… called another recommended dentist and was able to get my child established as a new patient and in to fix her cap this week!

The entire practice is professional and seek to focus on making an excellent experience for parents and children alike. They care and really work to make everyone comfortable and provide the best care possible.

Waste of my time with this place!! Took my son to a dentist and was referred to this place only to show up for ANOTHER exam and told we have to wait 3 months to fix his broken tooth. Now i am currently looking for somewhere else that can get him fixed up sooner.
