AFTER SPENDING $3200 EXTRA TI HAVE VISION NEAR AND FAR WITH NO EYE GLASSES I NOW NEED GLASSES FOR READING AND DISTANCE. IT TOOK THREE OTHER DR,S TO CORRECT THE WORK HE DID!!

Dr. Garland did my cataract surgery with excellent results. My wife also used Dr. Garland for her cataract surgery and we were both pleased with the outcome and the professional treatment given by Dr. Garland and his staff. Mine was done under difficult conditions while his facility was being rebuilt after the hurricane and in spite of the less than perfect conditions all went well..

VEry Professional and the Eye Center has the most modern equipment. Truly laser cataract surgery Others claim to have the laser but only the Eye Center has the laser. I also had a lesion taking off around my eyes and he is ocularplastics trained

Most pleasant surgery experience I have ever had in our county. Dr. and nurses were outstanding! Knowledgeable and compassionate before and after my cataract surgeries. I highly recommend Dr. Garland.

Beware cannot do blepharoplasty correctly, had revision performed by a plastic surgeon. Horrible Dr

Paul E. Garland, performed upper and lower eyelid surgery on both of my eyes. He sliced the muscle below my left lower eyelid. I bled profusely for three days. The sliced muscle be gorged with blood and swollen to about the size of a table tennis ball. This sliced eyelid has separated from my eyeball to the extent that it sags completely away from the eyeball. His FOLLOW-UP, "wait 90 days then we will decide what to do. It has been (as of this writing) 30 days since he sliced the muscle and each day the sagging worsens and now the other lower (right side) is beginning to sag. All the follow-up instructions have been "ice and keep icing the eyelids until you can't stand to do it any more"
