Randall Humphreys's Online Review Report Card

I did have five stars with the old receptionist but as of a few months ago, a new child came in, and she does not care about her job or the patients at this office in the slightest. I would not be surprised if she's filming Tick Tock videos or something, because she is sure isn't doing even the bare minimum. The old receptionist would fax a referral request if something went wrong with mine, the new one waited until it was time for my appointment before notifying me that they had not received my referral renewal. Would have been nice to have a little advance notice of that, you know, so I didn't drive all the way over there. So I went back to my doctor and told them to renew my referral, but my doctor is only in the office in Panama City one day a week, so getting in touch with him is not easy. So the day before my appointment I called and asked her if she had received the referral. Sounding rather irritated she says she doesn't know, she'll have to look and call us back. I'm really not sure why after waiting on hold for 20 minutes she has to call us back. We expressed it was very urgent and we needed to know that day or I would not be able to get into my appointment. She did not acknowledge this in any way. Right before the close of business I still have not received a call so I called back and told her that I guess I have to cancel my appointment because I never received a call back acknowledging if I have my referral renewed for my appointment tomorrow or not and I do not wish to be charged $50 for a no-show because of their lack of initiative. She sat there silent for a minute, to the point where I had to ask if she was even still there, and she in a sickeningly nice tone that was definitely sarcasm, I used to work in customer service, I know this trick well, said she'll get that canceled for me. No addressing the fact that I'm only canceling because of her incompetence and inability to follow a simple request such as checking to see if I can even go to my freaking appointment. It's been almost a week and I've been dwelling on this and getting more and more angry. I don't know what you have to do to get the old receptionist back but she's worth her weight in gold. I miss her so much. She was so friendly and genuinely nice, not sarcastic nice. I could ask her whatever questions I needed to and she never acted like she was too busy. Sometimes I would have to wait on hold but when my turn came, I was the only priority, as it should be when you've waited on hold for an extensive period of time. I'm just so disgusted and I feel so uncomfortable even going in there now because I'm autistic and these inconveniences really sit with me differently than it might someone else. Doing the runaround will absolutely shut me down for an entire day. This has been frustrating and infuriating and upsetting and now I've been 3 weeks without my allergy shots and I'm suffering, all because of a staff change. Not because of anything I did differently, but because of something you did differently. And that's so infuriating. I used to work in a call center and I would have been fired for less than what she did on two calls. I know Beggars can't be choosers with this Workforce but y'all really dug the bottom of the barrel to find this kid. And normally I'm not diminutive of someone because of their age, but if she acted like a mature adult instead of scoffing at me for expecting her to do her job, I would not be calling her a child.

Dr. Humprey’s is the best allergy Doctor in Bay County. He’s been taking care of me for 10 years & my allergies have been contained due to his excellent care. I highly recommend him to anyone with bad allergies. He will fix & take great care of you! And his entire office staff is amazing as well!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Humphreys for several years. He is a great Allergist and his staff is always friendly. My visits are always quick (no long waits in the lobby to be seen).

Dr. Randall is one of my favorite doctors. His staff and nurses are very professional, friendly and helpful. I have been seeing by him for the past 4-5 years. No complaints or issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this clinic. A+++ in everything.
