Best family medicine Doctor in Bay County, his staff has the best personality for a doctors office, they make you feel so comfortable at your appointment, from the front office staff to the nurses, the doctor takes the time to listen to you and helps you solve any issues you are concerned with, this is a great Doctors office if you are looking for a Doctor.

Love Dr. Reqez. He made me feel seen and heard. His receptionist, Becky, cold and unpleasant. Tried to work out scheduling conflicts and her delivery was very unbothered and harsh. Not what I’m used to. Most offices have such friendly staff and that honestly makes such a huge difference in the overall experience. There is another receptionist that is beyond friendly! I would ask to speak with anyone else if you need someone to try to help you resolve an issue.

Dr Bataineh's office manager was rude. I left there feeling like I was the person that was at fault for my insurance company's alleged screw up. The office manager lied about my being rude and starting the argument when she was the person that raised her voice and told me that I was wrong and needed to pay an extra $70.00. First, I contacted my insurance and they should not have been charging me a $35.00 co-pay when it is $25.00. I will give them a little break since my previous insurance was a $35.00 co-pay. The insurance company said they paid and I believe them. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Also, Dr Bataineh diagnosed me with a hernia without even checking it. It turned out to be a blood clot. That is very bad and I think it is time for that office to retire.

Dr. Batanieh and his staff are compassionate, loving and make you feel completely comfortable at all times. I was referred here by a friend post hurricane Michael when our dr offices were washed away and I could not have gotten luckier they are one big family.

My wife and I have been patients for more than 5 years. We respect his medical advice and treatments over the years. I have referred him to many co-workers and they have been using him also with no complaints. If you need a family doctor and don't like going to the walk-in clinics this is the place to go. The staff has always assisted me and treated me with a personal touch. That also goes a long way in my book. Thank you Dr. Bataineh and Staff

I could hear him tell a member of his staff that he didn't want to end up getting "stuck" with me as a patient and that I needed to go back to my PCP that I've seen in the past. The whole purpose of my appointment was to establish a PCP in the area, since I recently moved to the area from another state because of my husbands new PSC with the Coast Guard. I left feeling like a burden and very upset.
