If he was the last doctor to put me to sleep I still wouldn't go to him. He is an opioid user and was allegedly fired from a Kentucky hospital because, allegedly he and his wife at the time were abusing prescriptions drugs. He and his ex wife would take a hunch of pills and be high all weekend, on Sunday right before they had to go to work they would give each other Iv's to "get it out of their system". The hospital was getting suspicious and they asked them to do a drug test and Richard and his wife refused and treatned a lawsuit , so they "quit". I personally know him and I am not going to keep quiet anymore. He should not be putting people under and putting peoples lives at risk.
